Well, I think it will be reviewed, but I doubt it's going to get a single *professional* "10." Considering the fact that even IGN gave RE4 a 9 on the Wii, I doubt MPT is going to score any higher.

The only chance this game has of scoring a perfect 10 is if they throw in a TON of cool extras and/or sell the whole package for $30 . . . and that's only if the reviewer decides to go for a "bang for your buck" score inflation.

As long as the ports are solid and the new controls work well, I think this will get a lot of 8's and 9's. All that is moot, anyway, since I'm buying it regardless. :)

Mario because he's never been involved in bestiality.

*glares at Sonic*

Secondly (sexual practices aside) Mario has yet to have a bad "non-spinoff" game.

*glares at Sonic again*

Is it really that rare now? I bought my copy for $17.99 a year or two back at GameStop . . . I still haven't even played it, yet.

If it's really worth nearly $100 now maybe I'll just sell it on ebay. :D

So far I've only played a handful of PSP games, but out of the 8 or so that I've played, my favorites would have to be Patapon, Mega Man Powered Up, and God of War: Chains of Olympus

It was easy, sure. But Mario games aren't exactly known for their extreme difficulty. It's one thing for a game to be easy, but it's quite another when a game is so easy that it becomes excruciatingly boring to play (something I'm dealing with right now with The Legendary Starfy). I think NSMB had excellent level design and a lot of replay value. Plus, its lack of difficulty was a little deceptive - I found myself dying repeatedly in some areas solely due to overconfidence.

I think the difficulty level was perfect, just like Super Mario World.

*cough cough GOLDENEYE cough*

Movie games can work as long as they aren't a rush cash-grab job like most of the licensed games are right now.

The best licensed games are those which come out a loooong time after the original source material (ie: Lego Indiana Jones/Star Wars, Rogue Squadron, the various Bond games, etc).

In this spirit, I heartily shrug off all the above naysayers and present you guys with what can quite possibly end up being one of the coolest games on the DS: Aliens - Colonial Marines (developed by the same studio which brought us Contra 4).

Also Sonic is coming out with a kart racer. Should be a decent Mario Kart rip-off.

At the back of the manual it will probably have some contacts numbers for tech support. I'm 100% positive that there's a way to erase the data in the game (ie: hold the L & R buttons and press select and start). Give them a call and they can probably walk you through it.

Yeah, if you open up the cartridge and see a battery, then it's most definitely a bootleg.

The good news is that those batteries are pretty easy to replace on your own. I've replaced dozens of them in original Gameboy and GBC cartridges, and I had to replace the one in the bootleg GBA game I received.

Of course, if you just received this game, the course of action is to immediately contact the seller and tell him you know he's selling pirated games and that you're going to report him. Most likely he'll just refund your money (assuming you paid through Paypal).

The instructions should tell you away to completely erase all the save data from the cartridge.
