Well, if you're referrring to *new* games, I purchased Henry Hatsworth and Disgaea DS at the same time.

The used DS gamesI buy typically fall into the $10 - $15 range, so buying multiple games at a time isn't especially noteworthy.

I also bought a DS bundle off ebay for ~$200 that had about a dozen games (including New Super Mario Bros, Mario Kart, Castlevania: DoS, Animal Crossing, Tetris DS, MetroidPrime Hunters, and Mega Man ZX)

Depending on when you heard this, the project in question might have been Darkside Chronicles, which is going to cover Resident Evil 2 and Code Veronica.

I am really amazed to see that so many people are aware of that trick. Coz it was something that we found accidentally. How did you people find out?barcodedagent

In all honesty, that's a very good question. Before the advent of the internet, I have no idea how tricks like this became common knowledge. Just goes to show you how strong the word-of-mouth network was back then. You'd play a game, discover something, tell your friend, who'd tell HIS friends . . . etc.

Yes, that is a widely know trick. And they are turtles, not ducks.Rocky32189

*snicker*

Yeah, that's a pretty old trick. In fact, a lot of us discovered it on the NES version.

Honestly, every site I've been to (including IGN, GameSpy, and 1up) ranks Advance Wars over Fire Emblem, but I think it purely comes down to replay. While AW gives you mutliplayer, challenges, and a map editor, Fire Emblem is really just the main game.

Personally, I love them both. I'd love to see another FE game on the DS.

The author made a point to say "I played the Atari 2600 and NES as much as the next guy," and yet he made that ridiculous list anyway. I'm sorry, but a game having a robust multiplayer mode, realistic graphics, and a complicated story doesn't necessarily make it more fun to play than Super Mario Bros 3 or Sonic the Hedgehog.

I also LOL'd at the fact that he said "Today's games control better!" and then pictured Nintendo's finicky Wii remote.

I really wished that Capcom would have done the same for Mega Man X2 and Mega Man X3 as they did for Mega Man X in 'Maverick Hunter X,' but all this time later it has become clear that they aren't, and never planned to.

Old_Schooler_Dan

I bet they planned to, but I just don't think this game sold well enough to justify the development costs of two more games. I'm still waiting on sequels to Mega Man Powered Up, too.
