Still not answered: Will there be a private online option? Some times it's nice to just join with a few known friends and not worry about griefers and kids randomly joining all the time. I like free-roam to be really free sometimes and not forced playground time with others.

@haze0986 @CruiserCaptain No, I don't mean to suggest a "grapple hook". I just mean some way to sort of "hitch a ride" with in the limitations of the more 'realistic' GTA world. Precarious and dangerous, not action-star spider-man style.
