Wait... what is the answer? Because I want to know if you can change the primary trait as well. I think you have a chance to set it at first (your primary) but it also seems to be between two choices. Mine was Medicant and Guardian. It was the only time I got that option. I selected Medicant and have never been able to change it, only the secondary between Pioneer and Guardian.

The augments should carry over regardless of vocation, if you unlock them on one you should be able to still apply them while playing a new vocation (augments only and some skills depending on classes),so if you unlocked the skill as a mage it should already be on your augment list, maybe farther down. Of if you already had it applied then it should still be on there. All my mage augments were there when I changed my Mage to a Strider.

Holy crap!... You to be honest, I really thought this was just going to be another post of someone griping because they can just retry stuff all the time in the game to get it "perfect"... and to be honest I was just going to say that maybe we should focus on just playing instead of trying to play games like this one "perfectly". But I am sorry for making assumptions. That does suck... A LOT> you sincerely have my sympathy!!! Is it possible with this game, like some others (maybe all others) to copy the saved game files on to an extrenal storage device as an emergancy back-up? Or is that totally not possible? Can we even transport our saved files to other consoles with the same profile? I get the issue with multiple copies of the game messing up the pawn info system since other people need a constant version of yours for obvious syncing issues. But yes, that is truly heart-breaking man. I am sincerely sorry.

So far I have heard it used to replace the words: item, stuff, things, and shall.

"There may be aught here." = There may be stuff here.

For a while I just thought it was only to replace the words "stuff" and "things".

But then I was asked about entering a building in which "aught" was used in place of "shall". "Aught we enter the Inn to check...."

How have you heard it used? Help write the Official definition of Aught. (In the Dragins' Dogma world.)

Looking for legitimate uses in the game diolouge, post your quotes here.

And don't worry, I'm sure once we get all the arrows out of our knees and back to adventuring I sure we'll "meme" the hell out of "aught".

We're going to meme aught so hard... so aughting hard..

My pawns primary is a Medicant, it's been great while she was an Enchanter/Support Mage, but now I've changed her vocation and I'd like her to behave a little differently. I know we were building them in the opening of the game, I know it said it's difficult and rare to be able to greatly change them... but I was hoping we could tweak the Primary as well as the secondary personality trait. Being a medicant isn't really the best approach when she's a Strider. The secondary trait is currently only swtichable between Guardian and Pioneer, not bad, but I feel that the traits are a bit wasted sometimes depending on thier vocation.

So, is there anyway to change? Or perhaps some events, missions, item or "aught" that may open new options at the Training Chairs?

trust me they are not worth it, niether is the armor ( woman's armor only) really you'll look at the hair styles and not even be able to notice which are new.

Yeah and the DLC with the Captains Armor if armor for Woman characters... so lots of big dudes with a real breast-plates. Kinda ruins the idea of a big tank in good armor... with boobs. its funny.

You can find special chairs to sit in (Pawn Guild, with one in basement.) you have a small conversation with you main pawn with vague questions, but the first one usually helps define primary traits. It should help. But they do "learn" over time, so don't worry, the personality shouldn't be locked.
