So I hav the later alvation quest of heading into the catacombs after getting the special key to opn the looked door that is backed by 6 exploding undead. I need to find the 5 Keys/Gems of savlation to open the door (green orbs) Found 2nd to the 5th easily around the door. But for the life of me I can not find the 1 key... I went back and forth, all over the catacombs... everywhere... so...

Is it down there too? Did I already pick it up? (I've check inventory) Do I get it later? Did Ijust walk past it?

I check my bank inventory, my pawns, the floor... and even the nieghborhood kid that steals all my things!?

So any one know where to find it? Or a guide that will help?

Yeah I think the rating system is under utilized. And having the default rating set at 3 across the board is messing up the stats because no one uses them. I hate to under rate some pawns but it needs to be done, because some features just aren't right. (It feels as though 3 stars is supposed to be nutural) Also I think the comments should be used more as well. It help inform the owner to they can work on something. It's hard to know what your pawn does for others sometimes.

(Also, does anyone know the difference between when you just get a quick gift, or a couple little gifts after your pawn returns and the other time when you get a full description of thier time away? Is this because they were actually hired at a much higher price and spent a long period of time with someone leveling, and the little quick gifts are just from free hires? or low cost recruits? Or is it really just people don't rate or comment so you just get a little gift?)

PS3 Tag: Opt_0 (that's Opt_ZERO)

Moniker: Eo

-------------------

Pawn Name: Kye

Moniker: Fox

Currently: Lvl 49-50

Ranger, Challanger/Utilitarian (preference to Aquisitor)

Ranger Vocation Skill Maxed, All core skills from Mage/Ranger/Strider (I will go through all the vocation with here in time)

Gear all maxed other than last upgrade for Burning Daggers

---Once I've finished getting the last few vocation skills and augments for her I'll be setting her back to Strider to finish up vocation rank. And to allow her to be more close range and active in the fight.---

Player Note: I always try to make my pawn as upgraded and well put together as possible, no empty core skills, augments or gear slots. IAlso, I rarely equipt her with non-upgraded gear.

please add her to your favorites.

(I'm looking for a warrior or fighter that will actually use launchboard... it'd be nice to see.)

Usually I use 1 1/4" papers. Like to chop it up really fine, mix in a little premium hand rolling tobabcco to help with the burn rate. Then I usually just roll it by hand, no machines or paper stuffers. Just a good old fashioned hand rolling. Then I head up to the healing springs with my pawns for a day in the sun swimming.

I think the size issue may also be related tot the fact that you have no real reference to the characters size when you are building them. I know you have body type to work as starter sizes, but the final size is hard to judge when you are vieweing them. I will admit my pawn was way smaller than I thought she would be... and yes I felt wierd with haveing a little teen girl following me. Thankfully another forum friend here helped me find the Art of Metamorphis to change up the size.Made her much taller and more womanly... awesome arcvher elf. I think they just come out a little smaller than we expect.

And on another note relating to pawn: Big Tanks are really cool now and then, but HUGE Gaurdians are a BAD SET UP for one simply reason, they block your view. As you wander the world and the trail close and stay near you, they frequently cross infront of the camera. I had one long walk where half the time I looked like I was the tank because he was just tailing me and set perfectly behind me. SO big tanks are good, just give them something other than Guardian/medicant. Make them not stay so freaking close...

I think there may be more to that action. I have passed there, and when I did I made sure to check the chair. Although I simply got the option to switch her secondary between two preferences which she already had before. Although upon doing more researchhit lookes as though there personality will always be changing slightly. I think it all goes back to the traits bars in the beginning of the pawn creation. We're not just setting those two traits with a third option, those may simply be the most prominent traits. The more you use your pawn commands the more it affects thier traits. (ie: GO more often over time leans towards a scather or challanger type triat, HELP/COME makes them more Medicant/Gaurdian in nature. Also it appears they learn these types of things in the time they spend with other pawns in your world and others'. So I think what the potions do is help you greatly weight thier traits to particular amounts. Now I am still only guessing here, but I think the more often you go back and reinforce traits that you want with the potion the more they become the strongest traits, possibly helping to reset even the third trait Also, perhaps you have a very well rounded pawn that has picked up many traits over time and so when you sit in the knowledge chair maybe that is why you have a "list" to pick from.

I've heard multiple references about 4 potions being used to set skills? Why four? are you able to also set the second option for the secondary? And if so, then what is the forth for?

Np, went to the camp, picked it up. Yes I did change the traits in all ways. Ended up getting them reversed the first time, did a few trials and errors. But I wasn't to worried. Someone recently released my pawn after long use and I think an orginal recruitment price that was pretty darn high because I got about 20,000RC... so I did some testing. Also picked up the Art of Augmentation or something like that so I could make her a little taller, green up her eyes and red her hair a little more. There seems to be a lot of little tiny female characters, like unexpectedly small. So thankfully my pawn is more Elfish and a lot less Halflingish now, and switched from Medicant/Guard, to Utilitarian/Nexus (plus vocation changed from Mage to Ranger)... it really is wonderful to see the change in character, plus the adult size body makes her a little easier to see as a bad-ass Elf archer. I looked for your name on the Pawns list, no luck. I guess I should have asked: Xbox or PS3? I'm on PS.

First of all, you are awesome! I have been looking for a clear answer on this for a while, but only find vague comments of people talking about it. Thank you so much for the information. I'll look upyour pawn and tote it around for a bit, I may have some gear.
