Twitter user Joshua_X has recently tweeted the box art for upcoming 3DS title, TheatRythym. The box art clearly shows a Nintendo Network logo in the top corner. I would presume this is a unified structure using an account system which would spread accross to the new Wii U. There Is a Nintendo Investor conference commencing next week, hopefully we may hear some news then.

EDIT:Apparently the back says it supports Nintendo Network, and offers paid DLC.

3DS gets Timed Demos that will stop after the 30th use while the Vita will most likely be like the PS3 where you can play the Demos anytime you want whenever you want.
