Yes, the first Killzone was nowhere near the Halo killer some said it would be. In all honesty, at it's core, it isn't a bad game. The irony behind Killzone is that the worst part of it is the platform it was on, the PS2. Don't get me wrong, the PS2 is a great console, but the original Killzone was a project too ambitious for it. Now with the PS3, hardware is not an issue, so i have high hopes for Killzone 2.
I have both 360 and PS3, and i'll get FFXIII for the 360. Why? Well, simply because i prefer the 360 (although i still like the PS3, it's a good machine). My PS3 is for exclusives only, and since FFXIII is no longer exclusive. I don't mind changing discs btw.
