Am Going to Post...

Aloha! :)

I've made the decision of only posting if the forums for people/shows I'm a trusted user or editor for. Considering that it may be difficult to find someone to post important info for guides I'm editor for is one thing, so that is the main reason for going to only post in forums to guides I'm either editor or TU.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful day! :)

Staying, but I Have to Say This

Aloha! :)

I'm staying, but don't expect me to comment on any forum at TV.com what so ever. I'll only be commenting to blogs and PMs. If something needs to be done with any forum I'm editor of, I'll only be moderating threads that needs to be locked/pinned/unlocked/unpinned/deleted. If something needs to be posted, I'll ask someone to do it for me. I'm not going to be accused of Trolling/Flaming...so you'll won't hear from me on any forum. I'll be posting only on forums at GameSpot and FilmSpot.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful day! :)

I Should Just Leave All Together

Yesterday, I could not post or comment one bit, as the previous day I recieved a moderation in which I lost points. The thread I created was deleted, but wasn't a flame or a troll towards the fans of the show, but an interesting news article about what is happening to the show. It seems that a particular person(s) want me gone, so I may just retire from everything and just leave. A group of particular users seem to be attacking my show forums, and they are from a particular show, so I know what they may be up to. They want me gone. So...you may get your wish, as I'm actually thinking about leaving, as it seems that I receive no warning PM for a suspension. Therefore...I may just leave as it seems I'm receiving the bad end of the stick.

Could This Be the End for Hannah Montana?

Aloha Everyone! :)

Some of you may know, and some of you not, but Disney is being sued over the show "Hannah Montana". A guy is claiming that he pitched an idea of a show called "Rock and Roland", about a junior high boy that has a double life of a rock star, to Disney in 2001. The show however, was turned down. As most of you know..."Hannah Montana" is about a junior high girl (now high school) that has a double life of a pop star. So...if this is true...could this lead to the end of the show "Hannah Montana"? So far...I haven't heard any official word about a possible 3rd season. I knew about this awhile back, but since some my not believe me, I waited till I could see if a news report would be posted on the net as a source. So...if you still donot believe me about Hannah Montana being sued, click here.

In other news...for those who don't know yet..."The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" is officially canceled. I knew about this a while back, and asked a source I have connected with the show to confirm it was true. I do know however...that they are going to have a spin-off. The show "Arwin!" was not picked up. The spin-off is currently called "Semester FC", which will star the twins, London, and Mr. Moseby. They have from my understanding already taped the first episode.

That's all, so thanks for stopping and have a wonderful weekend! :)

Hidding Under a Bridge

Aloha! :)

Hidding under a bridge is where the troll hides. Anyway...couldn't really come up with a title, as I had a troll trolling two forums for two shows I edit. Tops to Stu and the other moderation crew for putting this troll in its place. Hopefully this user will understand not to do it again, but I doubt that will happen as if I remember right, this same user trolled a forum of a show I edit before.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful day! :)

What Were They Thinking?

Aloha Everyone! :)

Yesterday, I could not believe how many reviews I had to report for TOS violations. Don't people ever read the TOS anymore? This one particular user basically lost all there reviews because of sexual and offensive content in his/her reviews. If that user would have just left that stuff out, the review would have been okay...but...I guess you think you have the right of Freedom of Speech on TV.com. Hate to say this, but since they own the site, they have the right to what content they want on the site. If you have a problem with a certain actor/actress or show...do it in your personal blog as long as you don't violate the TOS. Yes...I may be hard on some reviews as I tend to check reviews for the guides I edit to see if the person follows the TOS. It only takes a couple of certain words to make it a TOS violation. If you dislike the person or show, please use good taste in the review. Calling a person gay or the fans gay for watching it, doesn't help. If you dislike something...point out the reason way the show or person isn't good. Example:

I dislike this show because it really doesn't make sense to me. The plot lines aren't really good as it was taken from another show. They have some good actors, but they tend to get on my nerves. Plus....

Anyway...thanks for stopping and have a wonderful day! :)

Back

Aloha! :)

You really don't know how T'd I am with this whole suspension thing. First off...I never received a PM or a moderation report. I was unable reply to make comments, but was happy that I was able to moderate my queue at TV.com. I guess I was hit with a bug or something, as all I was seeing when I tried replying to something is "You don't..." or "Invalid...".

What really make's the whole thing more interesting is the creator of the thread received a slap on the wrist with nothing happening to him/her. That user was able to comment in threads the past couple of days.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful weekend! :)

Bye for Now

Guess I was moderated, eventhough I deleted my post at GameSpot before it could be moderated. I posted a link to a Wikipedia article about "homebrew". Since that is an automatic ban or suspension, I may not be on here any longer, as Mods can see deleted posts that general users can't. For the one who asked the question...thanks for getting me banned/suspended. Therefore...by for now...we'll see what happens.

Good News for the Show I Edit & Question

Aloha Everyone! :)

I was going to post this a while back, but never really had the time to do so. It so happens that "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" received a Emmy nomination for Outstanding Children's Program. The show has to face fierce competition as it is going up against "Hannah Montana", "That's So Raven", "Nick News", and "When Parents are Deployed". I hope the show will win, but I have a strange feeling that "Hannah Montana" will win. Reason why...is because Disney exploits the show more by actually having Hannah Montana (Miley Cyrus) perform live concerts. I say that with CD sales going strong for "Hannah Montana", will help the show. Hopefully those who vote for the Emmy's don't look at it that way. Look at the Morality of the show. One would figure that people would recognize that the character Hannah Montana is Miley Stewart. I guess not. The show is good, but that is the flaw of it. "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" on the other hand has morals to most of it's episodes. "That's So Raven" was Disney's power house before the show was canceled. The show is about Raven who is a psychic. "Nick News" talks about current events that is going on with our society. "When Parents are Deployed" is about kids who have parents in the military.

Other than that, I noticed a couple guides have copyright and the editors user name in the bio. I posted about it, with no response from TV.com staff. If you like to provide your two cents worth, check out this thread: Copyright Mark and Editor User Name allowed in Bio's?. I personally feel that it shouldn't be allowed as pointed out it's all ego and could be used for gaming. What is sad, the guide I really looked into has a very high level user, that is editor for many guides, but has his/her profile on private. If you don't want to go to that thread, feel free to comment in my blog about the subject.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful day! :)

Harry Potter...& Crew Bug

Aloha Everyone! :)

Yes...I was one of those people who attended a Harry Potter book part at a bookstore on Friday for the 12:01 AM release of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows". Talk about nuts...the bookstore that I went to...Borders...was very unorganized. They had games and stuff to keep people entertained, but the games weren't that good as it seems it was a Potter Spelling Bee (only did it once and allowed only a certain amount of people)and games for really small kids (under 12). The only good out of the party was the costume contest in which a person actually made himself look like a House Elf. Sad thing is...he didn't win. I didn't get the book until 12:58 AM as they were very unorganized with the lining of people. They had a color coding thing which Orange goes first, then silver, blue, green, and lastly pink. I was given blue, and it did tick off people who pre-ordered the book who came that was given a green or pink as they had to wait even longer. For those, no...I'm not going to give you any info about the book itself, as you should go out an buy it if you want to know, as it is really good.

Anyway...enough of that. I was wondering if anyone else notice the bug with adding crew to the episode level? I recently made a submission to add crew for the episode "Who's the Boss?" for The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. The info didn't stick at all despite I clicked on the check marks. When I hit commit, it took me to a page not found, so I hit refresh to have the final page about going to your submission history or back to the episode. I thought that they had the issue fixed, but guess not. Don't know about the cast issue, as I haven't made that submission yet.

Thanks for stopping and have a wonderful day! :)
