Just finished watching Samurai Champloo.

Awesome anime, sucks that it was only 26 episodes, still, best anime I ever watched. Now moving on to Cowboy Beebob.

2009..a year of gaming that I will never forget! so many awesome things happening! (That is if you're a playstation owner like me :P ) thatI just HAD to blog!

Playstation 3:

I GOT my PS3 by the end of last year and its one sick console! :Dbut of course the only good game I got in 2008 OFFICIALLY was MGS4, but when 2009 came my collection grew! I currently have 12 games and am enjoying every single one of them!

I also got a 22inch HD TV to go with it and when I saw the graphical differences I was like (DAMN! :shock: I didn't know Zasalamel had a beared!) I also bought a 2nd controller so that my friends can enjoy as well (Although I hate PES 2008 cuz i generally suck as sports games but oh well)

Now we all know it didn't have a good start and its still the most expensive of all consoles, but really people, 300 pounds for a PS3 (400 US dollars) isn't really all that bad, its got and getting great games and has so many features, jus give it a chance :(

Playstation 2:

Ah the good old sony PS2! Well now that the PS3 is out and about and getting all the attention while the PS2is dead (According to MY calender) I decided not to hold back anymore and get a few swap magic disks for it, and boy do I LOVE IT!

Now that my PS2 can read games of any regions, I'm currently playing japanese games that I never got the chance to enjoy and quite frankly because of it I'm gonna ignore my PS3 for a while (I need something to get me off the temptation of getting RE5)Games I got so far:

Anime games CAN make a good game! I don't know why BanDai can make great games in japan but make terrible games for US and EU. And also why can't US release some of its games to EU as well? Like Kingdom Hearts re-Chain of Memmories. Becasue of this I was forced to rig my PS2, I would have gladly bought the games but really now, i don't want to pay extra fees for shipping as well as buy a another PS2 just to play them! seriously I hate region locked systems (one of the reasons whyI bought a PS3) Don't worry I'm still loyal and I'magainst pirating the PSP (since its also region free) and other NEW releases.

PlayStation Portable

Well nothing new here, actually I think I might have to buy a new PSP since the lens on this one is kind of messed up, because everytime I play a game it stops reading the disk and takens me back to the main menu, so yep maybe not such a good year for my PSP, who know? I might get that new PSP2 people were rumoring about.

Anyways i will be off to enjoy these fantastic games and as such my blog will once again be pretty empty for a while (and you won't see me on PSN for a while as well)

First of hello everybody! Yes its been a long time! (Since October 2008 actually :( ) Since I last blogged! well what can I say, I've been bussy with work, people and of course i've been enjoying my PS3 non stop!

Also another reason why I haven't been around is because of GT (GameTrailers) The forumers there are so much more fun than gamespot (However the blog community is pretty boring there) and thats why I haven't really been around here for quite a while because the gamespot community is pretty much dead, (I would honestly be surprised f anyone even comments on this blog or let alone read it lol :P )

Anyways yep I've have my share of fun in GT but of course I APPERENTLY said something offensive and got banned for it, and now here I'm (I hate mods)

Anyways I'm back and like always I will try to come up with creative blogs and see if I can lighten up this place a it, plus I've got a bunch of games to review (as you can see on the right side under currently playing) and I'll be sure to check out your blogs since am pretty sure some people might be upset that I didn't visit them for quite a while (Please forgie me guys :( )

Well since people are starting to get bored in GS and are slowly leaving I thought maybe I should "go do some work" myself, but before that, I felt I had to blog something and I remembered my top 10 series, the question was, what to do? And since holloween is around the corner I thought why don't I suggest the awesome costumes you should wear, because if you want your trick or treating to have good results you NEED awesome costumes, and so DSX is here to bring you the top 10 outfits you should try out! They are not scary but will still look pretty awesome!

Varia Suit (Metroid)

Samus Aran's signature suit. Not only will it protect you from most hazards and let you breath underwater, but it also looks so cool! Not only will this suit conceal your identity but will also conceal you gender (just think of all the possible pranks you could make!) just don't jump in a pit of lava thinking this suit will protect you, cuz....well....it won't.

Bat suit (Batman of the future)

The latest and final version of the Bat suit. Although it lacks a cape and underwear it is slim, lite and if nothing else look really flashy. While it is thin this suit is the most ideal bat suit ever made. It comes equipped with nanomachines that will enhance mobility and strength, extendable hand and foot claws, micro batoranges, stealth camo, wings with jet boosters for flight and is compatable with the bat mobile. It may not make you feel like batman but it sure can get the task of being A batman done, just don't upset old Bruce Wayne, otherwise he might just switch off the suit while you're swimming or in combat, and that can get quite......annoying.

Blade Armor (Megaman X6)

This armor will allow X to create his own X-saber using the chip modified in his buster. With this X can not only use his own saber attack but can also charge it for extra damage. This is my favourite Armor of the series and is the most elegant looking one. The armor will also allow you to dash at any direction and let you charge any "special weapons" you got for that "extra damage" if you catch my drift ;)

Octocamo suit (Metal Gear Solid 4)

The Octocamo is Otacon's latest invention. It allows you to mimic the environment around you, not only can you become invisible but the suit can also enhance your muscles for optimal performance. If nothing else it can make you have a great butt, and we know that you ladies like nice and strong butts ;)

Dante Coat (Devil May Cry 4)

While Nero was fancy and all, nobody can deny that Dante stole the show in DMC4, now why is that? Is it because of his awesome attacks? His cocky attitude? Or his theme music? Well the answer is EVERY THING ABOUT HIM! And his outfit just boosted his coolness! My favourite is his DMC4 costume! Cuz...well...it kind of resembles his adult self even more! Makes him look like some badass cowboy! Just look at the pic and you'll see what I mean!

Siegfried Armor (Soul Calibur IV)

Now this gives the term "Knight in shining armor" a whole new meaning, cuz....well....that's exactly what you'll be! A knight in SHINING armor! Not only will you look great in that armor with that long hair, but having soul calibur as your weapon will undeniably make you a legend. Just remember to wear sun glass or you might go blind running around that thing.

Ryu Ninja suit (Ninja Gaiden)

Hoyo!!! Ryu is a ninja dog!!......well OK not really, but damn! Seeing him in that awesome suit makes me want to throw shurikens at someone! Ryu is a badass ninja but it's not because of his badass moves....its the outfit, all those knifes he attaches to his leg (which he never uses) the killer scarf and the hood makes him look like the ninja you don't want to challenge. Still, although the outfit is cool and makes you look scary you probably shouldn't run off to the hidden leaf village hoping you can scare the Uchiha clan with it, cuz trust me....its not gonna work......

SOLDIER 1st uniform (Final Fantasy VII)

You think you got what it takes to be in SOLDIER? Then play FFVII and show me what you got! Only the best of the best have the honour to wear the official SOLDIER1st ****uniform. If you are wearing this uniform that means nobody gets to **** with you! (well OK except for Sephiroth, Genesis, Angeal, the Tsviets and MAYBE Yuffie) But there is no denying that once you join the top ranks you will become popular! Especially with the ladies!..... if you're lucky they're not shinra haters!

Organization XIII Coat (Kingdom Hearts)

Only the elite nobody has the privilege to wear the coat, as it resembles the organisation's sorrow for not having a heart and cast aside by the world. This thing is so flashy even Riku decided to wear it! (well that's MY theory so don't take it to seriously :P ) The coat can completely cover your identity so encase you don't have a heart and too embraced about it you can always cover your sorryass face with the hood, or at least I THINK that's what it's for....

Magic Armor (The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess)

The collest looking armor ever made in a Zelda game! it beats the firece deity armor by a long shot! not only will this armor grant you invincibility (at the cost of rupees) but is the only armor that makes Link LOOK like a hero! The set back is, once all rupees are depleted the armor will become stale and movement will be hindered. Sure it was nice that they balanced it out but this thing just consumes TOO MUCH rupees! So I recommend this only to rich snobby kids, if you're as poor as me then you might be better off avoiding this economic crisis of an armor!

(US: december 2nd 2008, no EU date yet, hopefully they do) SWEETNESS!!! glad I still have my PS2! :D but still some people are b*tching about not getting the entire FM+ I say shut up you losers! this is the reasons why they never release updated versions of their games overseas! (like all the FF international games) be happy they bothered to port a japan exclusive to US shores! :evil:

Final Fantasy vsXIII: name of protagonist revealed! Noctis Lucius Ceram.....what an AWESOME name! kind of reminds me of Setsuna F Seiei from Gundam 00, a bunch of other names were given too! good old FF wikia!.......what? you thought I had a release date? get real!!

Final Fantasy XIII: names were revealed! Xbox version getting cancled!......just kidding :P (The Xbox getting cancled part I mean) no release date though, but demo should be coming sometime in March!....in japan though...

Like I said most of you probably know already (what can I say? am pretty slow on updates :P )

To other news I finished GTA4 story, man that game was epic! and yet there is still soooooooooo much left for me to do! review coming soon..

I started playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma (tottaly forgot about that game) and i've got to say I like the combat (camera is quite a pain though).

My PS3 is going crazy! well actually I got a problem with some of my vids, most of them show up in black and white all of a sudden ever since I updated the system, still trying to fix it.

Well, I guess am gonna go fix my PS3. later!

What on earth was lucas arts THINKING?! ugh!

Well in case you don't know what am talking about (and most probably don't :P ) am talking about Star Wars The Force Unleashed.

Knowing that all platforms were going to be different I had to do some research before buying, the versions I can possibily get are PSP, PS2 and PS3 version, now the question is which one to get?

Now I knew PS3 had better graphics and when I tried the demo I was very happy with the controls and combat and coulnd't wait to get my hands on it. but PSP, PS2 had more content, so I thought OK why not get the PSP version since its cheaper and has the most content and according to reviews "Force Unleashed has one of the most impressive graphics on the system", but when I looked at the PSP graphics I just thought ":(How is this the greatest graphics a PSP can offer?!" its terrible!:cry: you cannot POSSIBLY compare this with other PSP games! (Like GoW or CCFFVII), plus I heard there is no camera control (and no the game camer isn't fixed either, the camera actually rotates by itself!) and no lock-on on the PSP or PS2, thats just wierd, plus I didn't like the apprentices animation (I mean shouldn't he be fighting in a reverse saber style? I mean thats what makes him what he is!) and the way he runs just looks stupid and unrealistic, I have definetly seen better looking games (Like Episode 3 revenge of the sith, sure the game was lacking but it HAD BETTER animations!)

In a nut shell this is how they planned it out, give PS3 the better graphics and controls while PSP gets lame graphics and bad controls but add extra content. WTF WERE THEY THINKING?!!:evil: I really DON'T see why they didn't add the extras to the PS3 and Xbox versions, (I mean episode 3 had a dual mode so why couldn't they do it?!) because logically they SHOULD have encouraged extra contents on the next gen in order to boost their sales and popularity, why couldn't they JUST all sit together and USE THEIR HEADS?!:x

Well adding all those facts up I decided on......The PS3 version!

why? well because if there is something I cannot tolerate in ANY game that would be terrible controls! especially terrible camera controls! and I don't want to play through a long game (extra content) with terrile controls! plus since I just got a PS3 (last month) I thought I might just expaned my PS3 library a little, well I just hope (though knowing how lazy they are its most probably not going to happen) they someday add the extra contents on the PS3 as downloadable content (but like I said most probably not going to happen)

If there is anything else I have to say is that I hope Tomb Raider Underworld doesn't end up like this. I really really really really DON'T want to go through this again.

Well that was pretty much a ranting blog so sorry if you felt unconfortable, but what can I say? I had to let it out before I blow up :P

Well to other news I finished DMC4 and MGS4 and reviewed them, so please give either thumbs if you got time :D

btw does anybody know how to add images? every time I try it tells me I don't have attributed title, I give it a title and it still tells I don't have an attributed title.

I know I said this once but DAMN! this PS3 is the BOMB! I LOVE PSN and I've been downloading demos like crazy! and I know which games I want now! (Heavenly Sword and Star Wars Force Unleashed) and games that I thought were great but now I think they are trash! (like Turok and Genji)

Sorry it took so long to blog but I was enjoying my games so much I lost track of time, anyways my first impression of the PS3 was......DAMN!! THIS THING IS HEAVY!! :x :x :x :x ...seriously I never carried a console this heavy home before, in fact its the biggest console I ever touched! am lucky I have enough space in my room to put this thing in!

Technologically wise I think PS3 is the most powerful! I've seen Wii and Xbox but this baby packs quite a punch! adding wireless controller, blue-ray and free online subscription to the mix and you got the BEST CONSOLE EVER!! :shock:I got the 80gb version and its pretty sweet! am gonna store ALL my digital media there soon enough.Don't even get me started with graphics! its all so impossibly realistic and yet fast at the same time! this machine is a killer!

Whats ANNOYING about ps3 however is that it can't play PS1 or PS2 games! and with the PSP connection drama they were making I was kind of hoping that the PS3 would allow me to play PSP on PS3 system on TV screen using USb connect, instead you just get simple media transer and the good old useless remote play, that doesn't really matter though, I still got my PS2 to do some retro gaming and PSP for on the go play. So there is absolutely NOOO PS title I could EVER miss! Not Final fantasy XIII, not RE5, God of war III NOTHING!!:twisted:

Now to the GAMES! The PS3 alone costed me 299, but with MGS4 bundle it costed 310, so I basically payed 11 for MGS4! thats so awesome! In total I managed to gain 4 GAMES AS LAUNCH TITLES!! :D :D ;D :D :D

First time I played this and honestly wasn't planning on getting it at first but with DMC4 as a special offer it costed 30 together than if I bought seperatly (which would have been 47) Its pretty intresting and the combat is pretty stylish, review coming soon..

Grand Theft Auto IV

I basically found this game in second hand and in top condition and I just simply couldn't wait! there is soo much to this game I don't know when will I ever review it! but damn I love it!

There is not much to say but the PS3 is absolutely an offer you don't want to miss! so if you got 300 pounds laying around there I suggest you use it to get a PS3! seriously the PSN is just simply amazing! and is a way better offer than Wii or Xbox! But thats just my opinion so please don't come and stir a fan boy war here thank you.

I still need to sort out my internet connection but I'll be sure to have added you guys by next week, I also won't be able to comment on you blogs for a while so please don't be mad at me :(

first off I have to say WOW! GS changed! awesome new themes I like it! but some message and forum problems are kind of annoying..

second I have no idea why I didn't show up fo 3 months (3 MONTHS!) I guess I had no idea what to blog and I still don't.....well at least that stupid tag game is over!

Anyways to gaming update I'm sooooooooo happy! I never thought this day would coem, am getting a PS3 .....A..PLAY..STATION..3!!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! am finally gonna enter the next-gen community!! OOHH YEAAAAHH!!! My first game is gonna be Devil May Cry 4 and I bet its gonna be awesome! but as for second game I haven't decided MGS4 or GTA4?.....hhhmmm...still need to think about it but anyhow am sooo freakin happy!!! just 3 more days! 3..MORE..DAYS!!!!
