It took some seriouse hunting, but now theres nothing that can stop me from playing bwa ha ha ha ha ha ha.......except for that damn battery!!!.............anyways, Now I can start my X series session, so you know what that means? I think not!

OK now, why am I happy?

1st: I got a new phone: Nokia 3250

As you can see it can turn to a digital camera for pics and vids and an MP3 player. It has lots of cool features so I don't know all the techy specs but it just comes down to this, AWESOMENESS!

2nd: Got my own PSP Slim Lite Black.

This thing is AMAZING! Though it currently doesn't have as much IMPORTANT games like the DS it sure has many other good use to it. As you would all guess I got this baby for Crisis Core FFVII and GOW Chains of olympus. But of course there are other games am looking forward to (Like MGS Portable ops and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep!)

3rd: I finished the entire original Megaman series! (Reviewed all the games so check out when got time :P) The X series has come to a hault cuz I have to find MM Maverick Hunter X now that i've got a PSP :) (but is so impossible to find! :evil: ) and am looking for MMX3 PS1 or PC version (which is also impossible to find, damn it :x )

Man this easter was better than christmas! :lol: which leads me to think what this christmas is gonna be like (PS3...."drulls"....)

Anyways am still trying to come up with a new theme for my profile so won't be blogging as much, but I'll come around you guys, (and laugh at those who got tagged bwa ha ha ha! :twisted: )

YUK! if Megaman looked anything like that then he wouldn't deserve to be in SSBB, let alone exist :P Thankfully by MM4 they hired NORMAL artists. In japan they had normal covers, why did US and EU have to get over creative?! I guess US and EU tried to prove that they suck when it comes to drawing anime! :lol:

Anyways hows everyone?! I've been having my Megaman session, and to be honest I LOVE IT! I just reviewed MM1 MM2 and MM3 (which should show up soon) so give me some thumbs when you got the time! Am gonna get started on MM4 soon.

OK, I thought of starting a Megaman session. Yep thats right! a giagantic Megaman session! :shock:

This is how the session is gonna go:

Starting from the main Megaman series all the way till Megaman & Bass, so 9 games, am gonna go old school! :D

Then continue to Megaman X series (Which is gonna be the best of them all I think :D) , all the way till X Command Mission (Got to find X8 and XCM first thought :( ), so thats 9 games:

Then Conclude it with the Megaman Zero series, which is 4 games. I did want to play ZX but I don't own a DS, so its gonna have to wait.

So a tottal of 22 games! Its gonna take a damn long time! I've got to make sure I have plenty of time for this. Each series will take me at least a week! So I persume this is gonna take at least a month, not to mention the first series is gonna be HARD!

Its gonna be tought, playing these games ONLY. Will I make it? or will I crumble before I even get to Megaman 4!

So why am I doing this? cuz i haven't touched a megaman game for 3 YEARS! and I miss him! A LOT! Besides he didn't exactly get any grand entries lately and Capcom is slowly starting to forget Megaman. I mean heck! they didn't add him in SSBB! Sonic made it! heck Snake (of all people!!) made it! so why not Megaman?! At least this session is gonna cheer me up..

So wheres Legends, Battle Network and Star Force you say? well its cuz they are the shame of the series! apart from being bad games they were created out of greedy capitalism and were perhaps NOT ment to be fun at all! (OK perhaps most MM games have been milked for what their worth but those 3 are in a whole different scale!)

In order to enjoy the session I want pure side scroling, shooting, blasting and slashing action! nothing else! cuz thats what Megaman was all about! (OK except for X Command Mission, but compared to the other cheap buy offs its actually a good RPG!)

I won't start now since I don't have all games, but its gona be soon! First I wanna finish contrsucting my profile, and a bunch of other stuff. Sooooooooo.....Later! ;)

PS2 has tons of games, which made it diffecult to find one of intrest. Once I looked at it in the store I just bought it, why? cuz theres nothing else intresting.

So the game I got was.....ta da!

Yes its Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2! to be honest I didn't care about this game much cuz I knew Ultimate ninja 3 was gonna come out, but the unnanounced date ment it was not coming to europe yet and the cheap price of 19 pounds couldn't hold my resistance for long. Its got good graphics, the fighting system is VERY wierd so I guess its gonna take a while until I learn it.

There was another game that caught my eye but you wouldn't believe it. Wanna know what game it was?....THIS!

I heard many bad things about this game, people warned me, I read the game feature and was highly dissapointed myself, am not a huge Sonic fan. So why am I even THINKING about this game? well, its cause its for 19 pounds, very very fair price for a brand new game I got to say. I can get this game any time I like but not sure if I will regret it though. Am still thinking about it...:(

OK at first I was like "get PS3 no questions!" but then again the reasons why I wanted to get a PS3 was for RE5, Soul Calibur 4, DMC4, MGS4, GoW3 and FFXIII. However RE5, Soul Calibur 4 and DMC4 were ported to the 360, and heard rumors that FFXIII was also going to get ported, and FFXIII has taken most of the points away, so I had thoughts about getting a 360 (I mean come on its cheaper!) but then what about GoW3 and MGS4? well I guess I COULD replace GoW with Ninja Gaiden II, but am not so sure anymore. Of course if FFXIII stays exclusive then I stay, but if not what should? should I just wait longer until PS3 price drops more? :( am soo lost.

Oh and speaking of GoW, is it true that Chains of olympus is gonna get ported to the PS2? that would be awesome!

Sorry didn't blog for a while, I was away for an FFVII session! :P

OK I said this once and I'll say it again, Final Fantasy VII is the best RPG game EVER! the compilation of FFVII was the best idea square could come up with. If you want to kill a week do an FFVII session like me!

This is how it works, You first watch Last Order Final Fantasy VII, its in japanese with subtitles, Crisis Core would be a lot better to start with but for now its Last Order.

Then play the original masterpiece, Final Fantasy VII! If you haven't played this greatness then you missed something. But you still might like it if you forget about the out dated graphics, I mean to be honest I first played this game last year, 10 years after its release and I still love it! Oh and try to get Yuffie and Vincent before finishing the game!

Next up watch Final Fantasy VII Advent Children. The best game to movie adaptation ever! (No this is nothing like what happened with Street Fighter or Super Mario Bros, or the other Final Fantasy movie, which I forgot what it was called.....something to do with Destiny...who cares it was trash!, this movie is actually good!)

Now finally finish it off with Dirge of Cerberus Final Fantasy VII. Now this is where it gets complicated, if you like Halo or Gear of War you might not like this game very much, but if you do as I do and make an FFVII session you will love it! for the story at least.

And that was my FFVII session! if you ever want to kill a week I strongly suggest you do this!

Man! now am considering getting a PSP for Crisis Core! and also hope they make that FFVII remake!

My favourite anime/mangas. I also felt like placing recommended games for each series in case fans are interested, yes anime licensed games weren't really first class quality but I thought why not? Besides I don't think your are going to know these titles anyways, since most of the GOOD games were japan exclusives, we in US and EU only get the garbage (I guess its cuz we are not cool enough) anyways here's the list.

Naruto Shippuden

Considered by lots to be the new Dragonball Z, Set 2 years after the original saga, Naruto and friends continue their battle against Orochimaru, Akatsuki and the retrieval of Sasuke. With new characters, new jutsus and unravelled mysterious, this is currently the best anime around and I highly recommend people to watch the animes or read the mangas alike!

Recommended game:

Naruto Shippuden Narutimate Accel 2

Bleach

The story follows the life of a teenager Ichigo Kurosaki, who then meets the soul reaper Rukia and eventually becomes one himself and is wrapped in battles against the hollows and Arrancar. Another really good anime, the manga is good too but I recommend watching the anime for better effects.

Recommended game:

Bleach Blade Battlers 2nd

Shaman King

The story follows the life of Yoh Asakura (a shaman who can see and talk to ghosts as well as unite with them) who aims to become Shaman King. Yoh and his friends will be fighting many powerful enemies along their way. The anime wasn't that bad but I strongly recommend reading the manga, it has an even deeper story, more characters and you will see even more powerful over soul transformations not seen in the anime, the drawings in the manga at first are not very good but around halfway it gets much better.

Recommended game:

Shaman King Funbari Spirit

Hellsing

The story follows the quest of the immortal vampire hunter Alucard, who vowed to serve his master Integral and the organisation Hellsing and kill every last vampire, even though he is one himself. A pretty freakish manga, major editing was done in the anime, although not as gory there's still gore on it, so watch at your own risk kids!

Dragonball Z

The most popular anime in existence, I have never met anyone who hasn't heard of Dragonball Z. The story takes place several years after the original, Goku, being married to Chi-chi, matured to an adult and bared a son by the name of Gohan. One day a mysterious character named Raditz appeared and started causing havoc, claims to be of the saiyan race and is also Goku's brother. Goku, with the help of Piccolo, sets off to rescue his son, which lead him to battles that could not only determine the fate of earth, but the entire universe. If you missed out on this awesomeness then I pity you, and your children!

Recommended game:

Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3

Gundam SEED Destiny

The sequel to Gundam SEED. Takes place during the Cosmic Era, set 2 years after the first, the war has ended and the Earth alliance and ZAFT have come up with a peace treaty, but tensions however are still in the air and both sides still seem to continue improving their weapon systems. ORB representative Cagali had a meeting with Gilbert Durandal in the ZAFT armoury when suddenly intruders attacked and high jacked their latest mobile suits, another conflict was about to begin. If you are very interested in the story you should watch Gundam SEED first.

Recommended game:

Gundam SEED Destiny Aliance vs ZAFT 2+

Avatar The Last Airbender

I don't know why people started making a hassle about this one; it's a pretty good anime I think. The story follows the pilgrimage of Aang, the last survivor of the air bender deity, to defeat the fire lord and end the war that was going for 100 years, since it was his responsibility as the Avatar, the only one able to master all 4 elements wind, water, earth and fire. Aang and his friends travel the world to learn the different elements, meeting new friends and enemies.

Recommended game: None (Decent Game that is)

Inuyasha:

The story follows the quest of a mid school girl named Kagume who can travel to feudal Japan, where she met a half demon named Inuyasha, who aims to become a full fledge demon by using the power of the shiekon jewels, however the jewel was scattered around the world and the 2 had to work together to gather the jewels, meeting new friends and enemies who also seek the jewels for their own purposes. Anime and manga are good alike, I recommend both!

Recommended game:

Inuyasha A Feudal Combat

One Piece:

The story follows the adventure of Monkey D Luffy. Who lives in the pirate era and dreams to find the legendary treasure hidden by Goldroger called One Piece in order to become the Pirate King. Luffy must first get a ship and form a crew. The wide oceans and seas are full of dangerous enemies. I recommend watching the anime, the manga is great at first but gets unimpressive later.

Recommended game:

One Piece Unlimited Adventure

Rurouni Kenshin

The story is about the adventures of a wandering Samurai named Kenshin, who was once known as Battosai, the most feared man slayer in Japanese history, but disappeared during the beginning of the meiji era. The story is an epic adventure pitting Kenshin and his friends against powerful enemies as well as solving mysteries of their pasts. The anime is great but there are 2 versions of the English dubbings, a good one and a terrible one, sadly the good one is hard to find, so therefore I recommend reading the manga, but you will miss out on good fillers though. The OVAs are also called Samurai X but their not really that good.

Recommended Game:

Rurouni Kenshin: Enjou! Kyoto Rinne

That's that! Man! Japan must be an awesome place! To bad most of them don't know how to make a good anime games, and when they do they don't port them to other regions, which sucks.

Basically my favourite VG franchises, and when I say VG franchises I mean pure VG, not something based on TV shows or something, so you can forget Naruto or Star Wars! Am also gonna put in the best and worst title in MY opinion, you may not agree but that's OK! so don't freak out!

Metroid (Nintendo)

The adventures of bounty hunter Samus Aran are totally unforgettable and addicting! Although it is often compared to Halo it is NOT the same category! I don't just mean the first person ADVENTURE statement, I mean that metroid is more about exploration and discovery, not just mindlessly shooting whatever is in front of you. So far metroid hasn't released a single crapy title and I hope it continues that way.

Devil May Cry (Capcom)

The first Devil May Cry was OK. It had a neat story, a really cool protagonist by the name of Dante and an OK game play. DMC2 was a total failure but its DMC3 that truly awakened the franchise with its even better story and even cooler Dante with an even more unique game play that defined action games. DMC4 is coming for PS3 and X360 (That's right fanboys its multi-platform now, deal with it!) and its one of the big title to hit shelves this year, its looking real great so Dante has every right to brag! But I still have opinions about Nero though.

Devil May Cry 3 Dante's Awakening Special Edition / Devil May Cry 2

Metal Gear (Konami - Hideo Kojima)

Snake, one of the coolest secret agents ever, was introduces in his first stealth game Metal Gear, then Metal Gear 2 came along and it did move the franchise up a notch, but then Metal Gear Solid hit the shelves and gave the series more popularity, every game after that was a great experience. To bad MGS4 is the last game, but still lets all give Hideo credit for making these awesome games and thank him for his hard work, oh and David Hayter to!(The voice of Snake)

Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence / Metal Gear Acid

The Legend of Zelda (Nintendo)

This franchise introduced the adventure fantasy category which now a days lots of companies take for granted. If it weren't for Link and his green outfit and Zelda getting constantly kidnapped by Ganon the series wouldn't be so great. (I mean heck how many of us went crazy during the waiting period of Twilight Princess?!) with the exception of Zelda II the series never released a crapy game! (The CD-I games don't count!)

Best title / Worst title:

The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time / Zelda II The Adventure of Link

Final Fantasy (Square - Enix)

This series probably has the largest library of games and also ruled other Medias such as books, movies and TV shows, but let's get back to the games. Each Final Fantasy game has a story of its own and each have been getting their own sequels (like the compilation of FFVII or FFX-2) FFXII was disappointing, hopefully Fabula Nova Crystals FFXIII series will prove better and please try to make a game that could surpass FFVII cuz that has not been accomplished yet (Well FFVIII was close enough).

Best title / Worst title:

Final Fantasy VII / None

Kingdom Hearts (Square - Enix)

At first I got the first game just cuz there's a mish mash of Disney and Square characters, but that no longer was the only concern. Like its father Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts has one of the most interesting plot twisting stories ever, the fighting system and controls were kind of clumsy in the first game but they fixed that in the second. The up coming Kingdom Hearts handheld trio will boost up the series popularity even higher!

Megaman (Capcom)

Another franchise with a huge library of games, although it did suffer from poor titles the series still holds its own (I mean look at Sonic) I played the ZX games and they were great, don't know why people hated it, I mean megaman is about platforming and shooting right? Anyways I still love the series and there is still hope for it.

Soul Calibur (Namco)

The best and unique fighting game ever. What I like about soul calibur is that its weapon based and it takes that category to the limit. Well the first one was actually Soul Edge (Soul Blade) but later turned in to Soul Calibur and kept that name. Soul Calibur IV is coming multi-platfrom and said to be great (Except for Wii had Soul Calibur Legends but it was total garbage) apart from deeper character customization I also hope they bring back the weapon lock from Soul Edge, that would be awesome!

Best title / Worst title:

Soul Calibur III / Soul Calibur Legends

Resident Evil (Capcom)

I watched some horror movies with all those monsters and Dracula and mumbo jumbos. Sure gory things are scary but if they are not realistic it just makes you think "WTF?!" but Resident Evil was different, I was the player and I had to find a way to survive. People thought the fixed camera was in the way, but I thought it did the game good, because that way there are surprises that could give you a heart attack, that's what a scary game is supposed to do! But the unbearable controls were a different story, speaking of story why are they always so damn cheesy?! Resident Evil 4 improved game play a lot but did tone down the scare scale a bit; it was scary but not as scary as the last 3. Anyways RE5 is coming for PS3 and X360 and looks great (and no damn it it's NOT racist!)

Jak and Daxter (Naughty Dog)

2 words to describe the series! Fun and Funny! What barley was a show off game for the PS2 turned out to be one of the greatest franchises EVER! The first game was OK but the second and above matured the franchises (characters started cussing and stuff). The platforming is great, riding vehicles in huge worlds was great and the story was just damn funny! I just loved every title after the next, too bad its over though.
