@skyhighgam3r: Wise choice, had I bought a new GPU in 2015 as opposed to 2014 I would have went for the R9-390x, and don't take my word for it, check out benchmarks online, R-390x beats the 970 by a slight bit in 1080 and 1440p but absolutely RAPES the 970 at 4k (not that I'd be interested in 4k since there aren't any GPUs that can run games at 4k at 60fps, but still you at least get bragging rights) I hope more people keep supporting AMD because nvidia have been a bunch of arrogant cunts.
....are you serious nvidia? after the bullshit that was arkham knight you DARE bring up gameworks?! my GOD if it weren't for convenience I would have switched my 970 for an R9-390x out of pure spite...
@openmind23: PC gamers would be too busy trying to finish their giagantic backlog lol, I just bought KOTOR and KOTOR 2 and I have yet to touch Darksiders franchice, dead space, mirrors edge, AC games and more, right now I'm playing Arkham Knight and am waiting for my free copies of all Batman Arkham games haha! its hard being a PC gamer, too many bloody games!!! which reminds me I need to finish up all the Tomb Raider games I bought from steam sale.....OH MY GOD HELP ME!!!
@yukushi: The point of steam machines is to offer PC like experience while having the simplicity of consoles, this is something that actually would interest console gamers, but its difficult to do so because the big 3 already build a monopoly on console gaming (well actually its more like big 2, Nintendo isn't doing so great...) valve and the steam machine manufacturers should consider deploying console gaming tactics, like spend money on marketing campaigns, I doubt anybody actually knows what steam machines are.
