He's not stealing anything he's just taking his concept of a video game he had a hand in and making another game with it. He has every right to do that. It's only stealing if the character was Megaman.

You know like the guy from RE is doing with his new horror game

I would say the guy has a right to make a spiritual successor to his own baby. I mean Capcom sure as hell isn't going to give us a new Mega Man so yeah I will take this.
