that was today in fact and it was the media teacher who delivered such a prophecy while lecturing in cla$$ about burning buildings and the media mosquito swarm that attacks it to suck information for the viewers that watch it.
teacher: ok...if a news team hears on the police scanner about a burning building, what do they except to find?
kid #1: blah, blah, blah
teach: ok...
kid #2: blah, blah, blah
teacher: ok...
kid #3: blah, blah, blah
teacher: ok...
me: PPL JUMPING OFF THE BURNING BUILDING! :O :-D
everyone: :x not again!
teacher: marie likes all the dramatic stuff, you're destined to write for theater. ;)
me: i know... >.>

if she only knew a/b the mind boggling stupidity that i've blogged about then her suspicions would be true...
at this stage, i can pretty much identify my strengths and weaknesses. the things i'd be best are graphics, background -art and story, editing, character development, toilet humor & some scripit writing. for movies and tv. overall: anything grahics related.
i like long winded dialogue and outlandish situations which would suit theather and/or cartoons...which i really, really, really want to do. but first i have to study non-animated things first then enter animation school for 2nd bachelors..but that's another 3.5 yrs and i have to find work sooner than later after i grad.
weakness:
writing- movies/tv. try to stay from long dialogue. ppl are so fixed on action and fx nowadays that dialogue is mostly short sentences. now i'm not condemning the short attention spanners, but some tv dramas, ie cops shows, consist on thick dialogue for the nature of those shows. others, ie, adult swim and fox cartoons consist on inane chatter and dialogue followed by fart jokes, sex and god-knows-wht-else. my writing ****is more geared for short stories and essays, so tyring to to keep things simple and short is not exactly my strong point.
i'm in a creative writing ****right now and it's helpe improve my stlye, but the creative non-fiction could be much better.
