imo, the new batman movies have worked so well b/c the actors in them aren't that well known so we as the audience don't know to much about them so we don't enter with prejudgments. er..lest we forget heath. ALL of us are still pretty much eating crow about the joker performance. first it was like "wtf?? brokeback batman? hell no!1!1!" then the movie comes out, earns a gazillon $$$, and leaves all of in awe. still. eating. crow.
i'm gonna try not to prejudge, but skepticism gets in the way

-my first choice for her is kate beckinsale. she's the only actor i can imagine as selina k/catwoman. idk, maybe it's the leather & arse kicking in "underworld" that places her as my first choice. the woman is ok in the acting dept, but she has the body language just right for a sultry felin cat burgler.
-i've read on other forums ppl suggesting carrie ann moss for cw. OH PLZ!! cam is to old!! selina is around 32-34 and cam is way over that. if your going with the "chick from memento & matrix" might as well get guy pearce for riddler right? :roll: and have a actors/director reunion while yer at it. -_-
-racheal wiese. NO!!! where tf did come from? she'd be absolutely perfect in acting A++ in fact, but "cover yer eyes, you can see the body flab moving around in the leather" action. i'm not much a rw fan, but the woman can act and she did kick some mega mummy butt in the mummy movies right? :)
-eva mendes: i imagine her as cw, too. ran around half-nekkid in "the spirit" and did stuff. idk, i wasnet there for her, was there for gabriel machet. she has the body language down, but not the acting. same with rosario dawson.
penguin:dont care to much about this character.
i read on another forum someone suggesting paul giamattie for penguin. YES!!! i've only seen one of his movies, but dam, the man can act. i like him. he'd be perfect for penguin and all the stuff associated with that guy. frankly, i thought danny divito was great. :P
philip s. hoffman: i don't know to much about him. don't care if he's casted or not.

hey, wht about colin ferguson (erueka) the man can act and would prolly make a good deranged, uber intellectual leaving clues for a man in a batman suit. not to mention, hot. ;)
*drool* last movie had 3 hot guys, the new one has to keep the hot guys coming. right?
btw, why eddie murphy??? i like eddie and all, but no. i dont see him in the batman nolanverse.
what about tilda swinton? i almost had a heart attack reading that suggestion on another forum. lmao. honestly, i can imagine her in that role.

i do agree that the cw, pen, riddler, and joker keep getting used way to much. imo, they keep getting used because they are the characters ppl are most familiar with. they are the ones most seen in the shows and cw did have a comic all to her own. batman begins was on the right track with scarecrow and ras a'ghoul. infact, sc was on friday nite's batman: brave and the bold, so the character is gaining some popularity. dont think freeze is going to come out. maybe bane. but the nolan batman is about "keepin' it real and this can happen in real life." so no ivy either (uma t, you rock, but not as ivy!) hush would be cool to. maybe thalia. er.
if bane comes out, i nominate ed quinn. :0
harly:why does the internets keep saying kristen bell? so confused. my choices are brittney murphy or natlie portman. ok, one, there couldent have been a harley in tdk b/c it was all about introduction!!!! in b3, i'm thinking she's gonna have a very small role as "dr. harlen quinzell" still a normal human being, and dr to the joker. "how's joker doing?" "he's mad, but ok." tiny role. mention her once!! this is NOT a joker movie. the next movie prolly gonna be about bruce and his personal demons, then he meets catwoman stealing stuff, meets selina at a party, followed by 45 mins of steam (doubt it) then riddler causing trouble, mobsters, etc, etc.
i'd like a batman beyond movie, but it would be ruined translating from the dethps of nowhere to the big screen. i love you terry!!! you hotter than yer daddy bruce wayne!!
