No, of course not. PC components that old are discontinued. You can't buy them. Splurge another 250$ and you can get a PC that's a generation ahead of the 360 and the PS3 put together.

Regardless, the point is that JRPGs used to be a AAA franchise. Now it's doing great to get A and only a few have gotten AA.

There hasn't been a single non-Atlus JRPG released in the last six years that can compare with even the most mediocre of JRPGs from the golden age (SNES>PS1)

Also, WRPGs coming to consoles has shown consolers what a real RPG is. JRPGs cannot compare.
