@guitarwarrior66: If you watch the preview video, you'd see that the gameplay takes a different approach this time and isn't like that. In fact, I don't remember seeing any jumping at all in it.

@gatsbythepig: I can't resell digital when I'm done. When I'm finished with a physical game it goes on ebay.

As for pre-orders, if there's a game I know I want, pre-order gets it to me soonest and often comes with bonuses.

RimWorld!

Nice job GameSpot, I came to make a comment about including RimWorld, and it's already there. I'm proud of you.

But since RimWorld was already mentioned, I'll add my recommendation of Against the Storm.

@vatususreturns: Hawk Tuah girl. It's really stupid and was never funny.

Obviously it has its fans, but personally the humor in Borderlands never worked for me. It just wasn't funny most of the time.

The retro-future theme they have going is cool as hell. I trust ND to make another winner here, even though I'm sure it's years away.

Prep for Okami 2? We probably have a good 5 years, no rush...

I finished Metaphor and thought it was really good, but I didn't like it as much as Persona. Probably still the best RPG of the year though. I just started FF7 Rebirth so I can't comment on that yet.

My personal GOTY is Satisfactory. It won't get the attention it deserves from the general public, but it was the best gaming experience I've had this year.

Stop chasing old trends and just make a game with some passion and originality.

Saw it got a big patch today, but yeah still gotta do better than $50. Call me when it's $30.

I loved True Colors, so I'll probably give this a try down the road.
