Oh good more free games I can claim but never play.

@Djon: Some people just have different taste and gaming habits. I have a Series X with Game Pass, and I hardly ever use it. Like a Dragon Gaiden is literally the only game I played through on Game Pass this entire year. Tried Starfield but didn't like it. So GP was a waste of money for me.

There were far too many games worth buying that weren't on Game Pass across all my other systems(PC, PS5 and Switch) Baldur's Gate 3, Zelda TotK took about 2 months of my year each.

@sealionact: Yeah 3rd party devs carried this year hard, which in all honesty they usually do anyway. Baldur's Gate 3, Alan Wake 2, Resident Evil 4, etc.

Switch had the best true exclusives this year with SMB Wonder and Zelda alone.

Spider-Man 2 was just fine, not amazing. Starfield lost me faster than any Bethesda game ever.

@HAWK9600: I've never played D&D and BG3 was one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had.

@stickemup: Thankfully it also has amazing characters, storylines and everything else. The violence is just a fun bonus.

@manger: Lots of people loved that game and probably care.

I'll just get Ubisoft+ for 1 month, beat the game and then cancel.

This just further cements that Mircosoft's main strategy is Game Pass.

@jedijax: We just got Zelda TotK, Starfield and Baldur's Gate 3. Plus plenty of other huge games this year.
