Wow... in my case this was true when it was xbox to xbox 360 because I got it late and the only games I needed on xbox was halo and battlefront. Now I've invested a lot into the 360 because i've had it for 10 years. I know I will go back to some of the great games on 360. So basically these games are only as good has long as my 360 doesn't die. And when it does I have useless discs...
