@Korvus85 @Doomerang And what does that have to do with the statement I was replying to? He was trying to make it sound like the two cases similar, and that MS won their case while Nintendo lost. Neither portion of that is true.
@steve4123456789 Please don't make up facts. Microsoft is still in the process of trying to get that domain name. Even then, the facts there are different from this one. That site was made in 2011, which is around when the new xbox rumors started, and is literally just being squatted on. They didn't even make a site for it.
The WiiU.com site was registered in 2004, so short of having a crystal ball there was no way that the owner knew that Nintendo would name their second system the Wii U. Granted, it seems the site is just being squatted on for now, but apparently when it was set up it actually was used for something.
@lilrobda1 That would be understandable if the site was still used for that. Checking WiiU.com right now shows it to be a site which is just being squatted on, with random pictures and "related searches" that don't even have any suggestions.
@Dav_id83 @BrutalPandaX2 Yes it would. It'd end with Nintendo getting far, FAR worse media in the long run and would probably destroy their "friends to everyone" appearance they seem to be working towards.
@spenceslivn Except MS DOES restrict used games. You either have to trade them into game stores to get the key reset, or otherwise you can only share it with ONE friend, and only one that's been a friend for a month.
@Redblaze27 If you notice, they added some mechanics that look like it'll completely change the way the game is played (the guard-blur-cancel-counter thing), so that's pretty significant.
