Sounds like an average 360 at work to me. Perhaps you weren't lucky to get one of the quieter dvd drives. Then again, I can't recall ever closing the disc tray with no game in it...

They scan the serial bar codes at the store when you buy them, so they know when a system was purchased. You can always go register it at xbox.com...

What does Halo 3 have, Warhawk doesn't? Seriously, weapons, vehicles, MASS MULTIPLAYER, hold on a sec, Halo 3 doesn't have PLANES! Halo 3 is just another FPS! Warhawk on the other is a NEW type of game, something that neither consoles had in so many years, and NO! SOCOM and BATTLEFRONT do not count because I am sorry Warhawk beats them both! Up to 32 players online...AND LAGS FREE!!Warhawk owns Halo 3, period! Maybe when Battlefield: Bad Company this changes but til this very moment, Warhawk beats anything both consoles have as of this writing!!

You just said it yourself, Warhawk beats anything both consoles have as of this writing. Halo 3 ain't out yet so I don't think Warhawk can own Halo 3 just yet. Minus the 32 players online, halo 3 has everything warhawk has. It does have vehicles surprisingly, I think a banshee flies in the air. What are things that fly in the air? I think maybe those are aircraft. Does Warhawk have a easy to use match making system? Nope, I don't think so.

I'm no fanboy, own a 360 and PS3. I just hate when people try to compare two different kinds of games on two diffferent systems. I am a fanboy of FPS and shooters in general, what I'm not a fan of is Warhawk. The game definitely had ALOT of potential, but in the end it fell short. I was myself anticipating this game greatly and in the end was greatly dissappointed. Which everyone is entitled to their opinion so some people might enjoy this, I don't and never will. Now you simply can't compare this game with another one, Halo 3, that hasn't even come out yet. I did by the way play more games of the halo 3 beta than I have of warhawk so far.

Where do u live? I know in Australia Cable blows! The more people in your area who have cable, the slower you internet speed will be. Go ADSL 2+, its faster, easier and the ping is better than cable. This is for australians though, last time i checked we are behind in internet speed compared to other countries!wade3024

Cable internet works like that everywhere. I got DSL 3.0 which is the same as ADSL 2+. Its the same speed of cable but usually faster because its not split and cheaper. Although DSL has the issue of speed varying depending how far you are from your ISP's remote computers. They both have plus's and minus's, most of the time depending on your location.
