Yea, time is money and small coins

ever find a penny, and your first reaction is "HEY I FOUND A PENNY! FREAKING SWEET! then reality hits you like a speeding train and you realize there is no way in hell you are going to ever spend that penny. Heck you have tons of pennis just waiting to be spent but you dont have the patience to count them out and spend them on anything, and even if you did you would rather use a credit card to get more money twoards your reward. Finding a penny is the shortest free high you can get outside of a roll of something string and illegal, but it has an even faster low that comes crashing only moments afterward. So what do you do with the evil penny that ruined your moment? You put it down on the ground, and let is wait there, waiting to ruin someone elses moment.

Shen Long 27

Not sure how it happened exactly, but I hit lvl 27 today. I am now a "Shen Long", and I dont exactly know what that means, but im all up for higher levels. Being above lvl 26 puts me in the top 300 highest level users on GS, pretty cool.

Disgrace and Hellfire

Saints Row lands in retailers today. I pulled every string at my disposal and still couldnt see this game early outside of the disapointing demo. IGN rated it 8.5 and scores have generally been high, se we will see.

Halo 3 Release Date?

The following is specualtory

In January 2004, Bungie began the Alpha Testing phase for its xbx first person shooter Halo 2, 11 months before its launch on november 9th 2004. Halo 2 entered pahse 2, Beta Testing in July 2004, 6 months before launch.

Halo 3 entered in studio testing, the equivalent of a closed Alpha test in May of 2006. By timeline equivalent of Halo 2's, that puts the launch 11 months after May 2006, which is Febuary/March of 2007. While it was specualted Halo 3 might not launch until next winter, the stage of game development points twoard a release date in the first half, if not first quarter of 2007. More on Halo 3's release in September.

Best shows on TV

Fall is the season for new shows. Some good, some bad, some downright awful, but fortuneately some rise above the rest to become fantastic. Heres the breakdown of the top 3 shows on the fall TV season.

1. Prison Break: Season 2 (FOX) - Prison Break Season One was in my opinion, the best new drama on TV since 24. Engaging, exciting, well acted and well scripted. Unlike so many other action dramas, it managed to be different enough to stand out, original enough to feel unique and engaging enough to be watched every single week. Unlike 24 and Invasion and even lost, Prison Break was great every single episode because it focused on one single plot: escape. Season 2 is outside the walls of Fox River State Penetentary, and the cons are going after D.B. Coopers 5 million stashed in Utah while being pursued by the FBI. The seasons pilot "Manhunt" was an excellent start to what should be the continuation of the best show currently on TV.

2. House: Season 2 (FOX) - Hugh Laurie plays house better than most emmy winners will ever play their starring roles. He is the twisted but always facinating mastermind of medical mysteries. Of course watching Hugh Laurie in action is the best part because his acting is just so good, but the second thing to note is that aside from House himself, its actually a great, well acted well scripted exciting show with believeable but far fetched and entertaining medical mysteries. The first 2 seasons were great, although the finale to season 2 left off on a sour note. Hopefully season 3 will reprise House at its best.

3. Family Guy: Season 5 (FOX/Comedy Central) - Family Guy is the funniest show on TV, bar none. Its combination of political, sexual and social humor collide with funny, entertaining and animated characters in a ridiculous but always fun to watch show that has never once failed to deliver atleast one hard laugh in each and every episode. Season 4 was the beast season yet, and since the show seems to get better every year, we just might be laughing harder than ever come september.

Now here is the 2 flops of the fall TV season

1. Lost: Season 3 (ABC) - Do we even know whats going on anymore? Season 1 they get lost, fair enough. Season 2 they stay lost, only slightly less lost, but the viewer loses intrest because they get lost in the ultimately uninteresting, melodramatic and confusing plot. Last years twist left America intriguied, a surprise considering it was a bad season in retrospect. Season 3 is starting on the note that there are other lost people. Thats all we need now, more lost people on the lost island. Can Lost please get Lost? its getting old, and its only in season 3. 20 bucks says it makes it to season 5 before they cancel a great show turned crappy in under 30 episodes.

2. Vanished: Season One (FOX) - Fox has a history of the crappiest and best shows ever. On the one hand they have the best dramas on TV in House, Prison Break and 24. They have the most popular reality series with American Idol, and they have 2 award winning comedy series in Family Guy and the Simpsons. So what do they need? A sitcom wouldnt be bad, but FOX is too proud, so another boring drama is next. Why throw in another drama when you already have the best dramas on TV? because FOX can and FOX wants to. Ok, w/e but still, the pilot was one of the most boring, most melodramatic and anticlimactic episodes of any show Ive ever seen. A young kid gets blow up by a suicide vest and then all of a sudden this sad, moody music starts playing. Its about that point that the viewer goes to change the channel when suddenly 2 people start having sex onscreen. BAM you're hooked, but its gone in 30 seconds and the rest of the episode is poorly acted, poorly scripted scenes of drama invloving international conspiracy and a missing woman who apparently likes to go missing. A story unfit to be read in a coffee shop based on teh scale of the Davinci Code and the popularity of 24 ends up creating one of the worst shows ever to hit fox.

Half Life 2: Episode 2

fantastic videos here of HL2 episode 2. Im not big on Half Life, but even I got really excited by these vids.http://media.xbox360.ign.com/media/830/830467/vids_1.html

Lets Talk About......

SEX! heres my discussion, not for children or virgins, for your own sanity, dont read on.

Why does it always end so soon. I mean its like once the army enters the foreign land, the game ends. Now depending on how you like it and how fast it goes, that could be anywhere between 5 and 25 minutes. Now the issue is, most of the time, its way more twoards the 10 minute mark because its always more intense at a higher speed. Am I the only one who sees that as way to short? I mean its like we just got started, it took 2 months and like 200 bucks in gifts and about 4 god awful movies about feelings just to get here and BAM! its over in 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES! now thats still pretty short, but still even 20 is still feeling a bit short. Any guys with me?

Prison Break Returns

One of the best pilots Ive ever seen. The cons escaped but *spoiler* veronika gets shot, terance steadman is revealed in full. Bellick and The new FBI agent engage in hot pursuit, and Michael Scofield left the map to his plan in his tatoo, and they are hot on his trail. Things are really going to heat up. A great start to a great show

Got a new MP3 Player today

so I was looking for a new MP3/video player, and the obvious choice was the ipod.

But then I though, why ipod? they are more expensive, and essentially dont offer the best value. So I went abroad and chose the creative zen 30GB multimedia player in white for the small fee of $356.98. It does pictures, movies, music, radio and more. It even hooks into the TV so you can play your MP4's on your TV. Its a great buy.

I know the pic makes it look hude, but its actually quite small. Not Ipod small, but not PSP huge either, its a good size fit.
