It does look great, but why does every PS3 exclusive get hyped up as the greatest thing ever? Demon's Souls is the greatest RPG ever. Uncharted was the best looking game ever. Gran Turismo is still the best sim racer, even though it hasn't been AAA since 2001. Everything sucks and Uncharted 2 is the greatest gaming masterpiece to ever be released. Etc. Etc. It's truly astounding, no offense to all the fans who dig hyping everything up like its never been done before. I wonder when some started gaming. It seems many started on the PS3, which makes sense.
Anyways, I can't wait for Heavy Rain, but let's tone it down a bit, k?

Are you mad that no 360 games are getting attention like that? Because based on your history you obviously favor the xbox 360 and try to cover it up by being as fair as you possibly can. You can fool others, but you can't fool me. Just appreciate the damn best looking games for w/e console their on. Man seriously...

Actually I previously said that Dead Space got my vote for best sound design (recently that is) and that I liked the soundtracks from the MGS series as well. But thanks for calling me an inexperienced gamer and a fanboy for thinking that Halo 3 had a great sound design and epic soundtrack too.

in addition, Halo 3 usually doesn't get praised for it's sound as much. It's praised for the gameplay, amount of depth in the game, the online features/modes, and the fun... The weapons in Halo 3 don't sound amazing or anything. The voice acting is good. The soundtrack is good (but I've heard way better and I think that you haven't played enough good games if you think Halo 3 has the best soundtrack). Compare Halo 3's audio (sound effects) to MGS4 and MGS4 will destroy it. It's not even close. Soundtrack wise, that's debatable.

And if you're talking soundtracks. Final Fantasy X Super Mario Galaxy Super Smash Bros Brawl Final Fantasy 7 almost desrtroy anything else IF you're talking about the overall quality of the soundtrack alone.

You're stupid if you say Halo 3. Some of the smgs and assault rifles in that game sound so weak and underpowered. The sound isn't explosive at all. It's just OK, but not amazing... I can understand if you like the soundtrack (even though there are a ton of games with a better soundtrack than Halo 3), but seriously MGS4 is pretty much king right now in audio. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxMvX4b-WkE just watch and listen to the chaos... if you haven't played this, imagine how immerse it would be with a good system...

The PS3 Slim and a price cut are going to happen. You're an idiot if you think otherwise. What I'm reallying pulling for is that they announce PS2 BC, but I doubt they will. I can imagine them reintroducing it when the PS2 has absolute horrid sales. I think that Sony should AT LEAST have the software emulation in the PS Store to satisfy those who want it (the people with PS2 libraries of 20 games+). $60 for 95%+ emulation of PS2 games should be good.

I will laugh when Alan Wake flops and scores below the hyped AAA. It will probably be a good game and that's it. A good quality game, but I don't see it being as entertaining as blockbuster like God of War III, GTA IV, CoD: MW2, or Starcraft II. As for Heavy Rain, I dunno. I saw the voice acting and characters models/animations from Uncharted 2 and that spoiled me because when I went back and watched Heavy Rain, it looked terrible, lol
