its a sequal, so give it a break, it looks fun....i think whats needed is a more deep and interesting story, its pretty stale. I want a reason to progress in games like these, since the dark moody atmosphere of FPS get boring and repetative....expecially how linear they are.YEah its Fear hardly anything has changed sice the original by the looks of it...OH OH apart from a Sniper Rifle big Wooo.....
Yeah looks good i like the look and feel of weapons in Fear and it looks like they have kept that aspect, no doubt the game could be a lot harder than that piddly run through on easy so yeah i look forward to this but dont expect miracles people.
Scare you guys go on about the scares in fear i can honestly say i never found that game scary the only part i found excellent was...
SPOILER When you finally caught up with the protaganists enemy in the 1st expansion pack, after hunting him all that time he kneels before you and begins to talk, I never found out what he had to say (I know his mouth started to move), i shot him in the head almost instantly with my pistol.

true...IMO, the sniper is overpowered...it cuts them in half and pretty much makes them explode. Killzone 2 is on another level, but Fear was never about realism.Looks like a bunch of fun I reckon. But man, it's crazy how much better Killzone 2 looks than anything else out there.
Coming from just having watched a video of the Fear 2 demo, this just looks bananas.Anyhow, what I desperately feel is missing from this game is the ability to dodge, dive and slide around. It just screams for it. Go full John Woo with this ****.
