It is so not fair. The warranty runs out ages ago..... so some people open it up out of curiosity, or to try fixes or in my case, just to clean it so it won't break. Now they extend the warranty. All I did was blow mine out and get the dust bunnies out, but now my new warranty is void...... god damn it.Guster900

This is the point Im trying to make!

Anyway, after calling their support line, they told me thats its more or less 50/50 considering the situation.

How will a broken warranty seal be affected by the extended 3 year warranty, as for those of us who tried the X-Clamp replacement or other fixes, there was no way we could have known this was going to happen at any point, so broke the seal in an attempt to avoid MS's expensive repair bills - which will be reimbursed anyway.

Does anybody know if broken seals are now covered?

Who else is fed up of short games these days? Where did all my 80 hour epics go? even RPGs are getting way shorter. Devs are relying more and more on multiplayer, replayability and unlockables to prolong a games life, i really dont think makes up for a short campaign. Its been a while since a played a game with a long, thrilling campaign which really stuck in my memory. Discuss?

SupCom...any day, as Ive said before, it actually requires strategy, theres no all powerful unit, andeven the biggest colossus can be taken down with the right units. The battles arent just battles, theyre entire military operations!!

CnC has always seemed boring to me, Age of Empires is very good though, and im sure Empire Earth 3 is gonna rock. But if you want an RTS with real Strategy, go for SupCom, yes, it does have a learning curve, yes, it is a little slow when you start it for the first time, but learning it has a satisfaction.

The new SupCom catchphrase, but does anybody know what its supposed to mean at all? I figured it couldnt be Forged Alliance, as according to the interview link you get on GPGNet, it aint due till November. The counter is on about 32 days, any ideas?

From what I read in PC Gamer, the system requirements are going to be suprisingly low for those sort of graphics. Im not saying they'll be dead low, but just not as high as some would expect. I know 2GBs ofRAM (DDR or DDR2 I dont know) is certainly on the menu, and one of todays Mid-range Graphics cards could probably run it on low settings Id imagine, if an 8800 will do Ultra High, I dont see why something significantly lower wont do the lowest settings. Dont quote me on this, its just a guess.

I honestly dont think it looks anything special, or good for that matter - then again, Im always biased against tie-ins. The actor also seems a little young and slim to be playing 47, shoulda picked someone a bit older or with a larger build.

If I were to order them;

1.Bioshock (though Id probably have to get that for Xbox 360)
2.Crysis (Id have to seriously upgrade - which I plan to soon anyway)
3.HG: London (Re-invent the hack n slash!)
4.BiA: Hells Highway (Number 4 purely because I dont have that much info, though I loved Hill 30).
