@jonnyfresh712: Did you actually watch some of the later seasons? They recycled many of the stories and just put in new characters.

Wow, this game has had a lot of DLC releases since the launch.

I kept reading comments on other reviews (and before I might add) that said Capcom was pushing this game out so it would be ready for EVO, and was more concerned with making competitors happy at first. They weren't kidding. I play online after I've beaten story mode a few times with different characters. It's gives me an idea of who I choose as my main fighter, and what surprises "weak" characters might have for me. I'll try this game in June.

Don't own an XB1, not a huge fan of the series, but I am eagerly waiting to see what they do with this game. It's one of the best feelings when a game you aren't really interesting in is the one that finally gets you to buy a system.

Not as shocked about the price considering what will be in the box.

@Evenglare: "I could care less...." I have always held to the belief that the previous phrase is valid if it is followed by a conjunction (such as "but") that will offer some insight as to why a certain subject irritates you so much.

Sorry this comment had nothing to do with the game, but that phrase is on a yearly list that somebody always puts out detailing the top phrases or words people misuse, and it annoys the hell out of me.

could be interesting. Considering the games released in the past few years (gone home, that dragon, cancer), he has a chance if he goes that route. Not one of his biggest fans, but he's usually successful in his endeavors.

Watching this episode for Vandervoort.
