@ice12tray: PC Gamers can be so whiny (I'm one of them) the game's free if you've owned it before on steam! How can you be mad at a free game that you didn't pay anything for?
@angrycreep: If you already own the game on steam, the game is free. Unless the game looks and runs worse there's no reason to not play the remastered version over the original.
@angrycreep: If you had the game already, like a lot of people did, it's free. Furthermore the graphics are more than a little updated, but a lot!! To give you an idea how much, the original install size was 5gb and the new remastered version is 20gb.
People just like to complain. The remastered version is an amazing update. Looks almost like a modern game and really put a spotlight on the fantastic art direction. I also play with a mouse and the controls are fine.
I'm a hardcore pc gamer, who has a $2000 dollar rig, and has spent way too much time playing hardcore rpg's and strategy games. I love this game, all of those people criticizing it need to get off of their high horse and stop being such snobs. The game is a fine diversion that rewards exercise, what's not to like?
I've never seen Jess so subdued before. I hope she's not sick. Also been playing pokeman go, awesome game. Great motivator to actually get outside and exercise.
Bethesda really, really, needs to update or replace the Creation engine. The video footage just look horrible and looks like it belongs in the ps3 and not the ps4.
I'm not holding my breath. I still remember the baldur's gate 2 remake that was being ported to the Dragon Age Origins engine that finished the opening dungeon and then just stopped. The older I get the less excited I get about upcoming games/mods, better to focus on the games that are already here and playable.
I think it's about time that console players have the option to choose 60fps over graphical fidelity. Some players rather have the graphics, others rather have the gameplay, but both sides win by having the options to tweak things to there liking. I hope more console games take not of the division and follow suit.
