Well, I have never seen them or heard of them ever testing a system that is "traded in".

But maybe they will, as we all know Xbox 360's have a high failure rate. 

Buying used games (from any place other than Gamestop) is perfectly fine.

I would advise against buying used systems though, too many things can go wrong.  Also, wouldn't you like it to be YOUR system?  Wouldn't YOU like to be the one that takes it out of the packageing...  packaging...  package... ?

I really hate it when games are only released on one country.  I do not have any strong feelings for any of the games on this list, but it always angers me when a game that I am looking forward to just decides to not be released in the USA.

You should trade in any of those games, all of those games are great.  I would put Left 4 Dead with them but definitely never ABOVE them.

I wasn't aware you could use Gamespot for shopping?
