I've been trying for WEEKS to get in, first and formost.

I tried GamePro and 1Up as my major sources, and I've even stayed up till 3 in the morning for the Beta giveaway on LBP's website.

Today, my last gleam of hope died when I realized that I wasnt going to get in: I didnt win GamePro's draw and I wasnt quick enough to answer 1 Up's weekly question.

So I decided to check my email later on (10 minutes ago to be exact) EXPECTING NOTHING, however THIS is what I get from PLAYSTATION UDNERGROUND:

Apparantly I read something on their site-- I myself dont know what I did, but I got in anyway!

I wasn't expecting it-- and I didn't know how it happenned but I am SO ecstatic.

Anyways now I need some friends to play with lol. 

I was expecting at least a 7 based on the Demo, if not an 8 at the most.

What do you think, are you going to pick it up?

I know I'm not, but I remember hearing of this game at least a year ago and back then it sounded like an awesome game.

I can confirm to you that yes, you can attach rockets to Skateboards.

I saw a beta video on youtube that did just that, I will try to look for the video or you can search yourself.

Just type in LittleBigPlanet Beta and sort by "Uploaded this week"

The UK is biased.

Resistance got a 7/10 because they were pissed at insomniac for turning their Manchester Cathedral into a bloody warzone and portraying it as "anti-Christian".

LBP got a perfect score because the game was made in the UK by UK people and they support anything they throw out.

Not everyone is a Christian, and I doubt that people hold those kind of agendas against a game.

Coincidentally, I read something of the sort a few hours ago. You don't have to apologize if it's old by the way. I find that the snobby people who click your thread just to point out that it's old don't deserve the attention. Besides, I am sure that it's news to some other people.

Anyways, I too hope that this is true, though I did spend a lot of time/lost lots of sleep hours trying to enter the beta lol.

It will be a good way to market the game to those who are still unsure of buying the game.

No, I was talking about Resistance 1 Fall of Man.

R2 clearly made the most improvement, so it will most likely score higher

Everything I hoped it would be.

This magazine also gave Resistance FOM a 7/10 so dont even think about it ;)

Here are links to the review, it's a great read and as if demos, trailers, beta opportunities, and previews weren't enough proof, we finally have the first official review coutersy of The Official Playstation Magazine (UK).

Keep in mind that this magazine also gave Resistance Fall of Man a 7/10. I hardly think that they are bias.

It's everything I thought this game would be.

I would hate that with a passion, it just crosses the line of (the little) respect the online community has. It feels so awkward just sitting their listening to that. I guess you better get used to it when your sis starts dating though lol.
