Nintendo lost 3rd party support after the SNES.
I don't have the articles/ dev comments, but apparently Nintendo is a **** to work with.
UE3 is terrible for any game except if it's made by epic. Too Human is a recent example. Lost Odyssey before that. BIA Is the latest example. It looks horrible. Last Remnant will be next. Couth_
What's wrong with how Lost Odyssey looks?

it really isn't hard if C&C3 is anything to go by. A painting system is very good.

Didn't C&C3 have a pretty low popcap on the 360 version?
I don't mean to sound pessimistic, because I really hope it does well, I'm just a little concerned.
i dunno, i just played the demo.
all im saying is that it worked fairly well for C&C3, a pc port
I was LMFAO in the first video @ :57 when the marines jumped on the wraith and started pounding the crap out of it-Mad_Rhetoric-
you really didnt just call a spartan a marine?

Alright then, that answers that question.
However, this raises the critical question, how do these large fights control? Obviously, it's more difficult than small scale encounters, and I would imagine it would get pretty hectic.

[QUOTE="omgimba"]There is pretty much zero chance there will be a x360 version or PS3 version..
It isn't coming out this gen!
nVidiaGaMer
It has too. Too Human was supposed to come out on PS1 and it finally came out on 360 so Duke Nukem can't be that bad ...
yea, a lot of those games that would never come out are coming out
- too human
- duke nuken (hopefully!)
- starcraft 2
- diablo 3
[QUOTE="Jackboot343"]is it me or does that anyone else get the impression of it being small scale and simplistic from those vids? maybe i've been played too many pc rts games for a console rts i suppose it looks good
i think pikmin on the wii could be one of the best console rts using the wiimote to direct pikmin sounds ideal

I got that impression as well. I roughly estimate that there weren't more than a dozen units on the field at any given time.
Perhaps these videos aren't representative, but it did look pretty small scale. I'm assuming that's an attempt to focus more on tactics than on strategy, as Ensemble has said they aim to do.

looks pretty good. theme is very important to me in an rts, so i think im going to like this.
im also a halo fanboy.
seems like they changed the vultures to hornets. smart imo.
