Sony pulled ahead in graphics back in 2007 with Uncharted.EVOLV3

Whenever someone says this, I know they're either a fanboy or play on a SDTV.

Uncharted has got to be one of the most jaggy looking games this gen and the main character almost looks to be rendered completely seperate from everything else and not even part of the screen, there's screen tearing and overall, it feels so.... yucky

Good game, but i wouldnt brag about its graphics neccessarily

No, actually I played it right when it came out. I actually did play Fear Files on the 360 though.
It's just such a boring game. The whole game is basically the same crap. Run through the offices and shoot people. Throw in some non scary horror elements and wa-lah.

halo chronicles looks interesting. It almost looks like it could be MGS: Halo edition.

Peter says he wants it to be very filmic and theatrical. Ryan Peyton did MGS4 along with Kojima. Kojima really does stuff of the story and direction- so is peter jackson essentially fitting in as kojima here?

So if a game comes out a year later than another game, we can not compare them graphically?

You can. but remember- we were thinking killzone 2 would go up against Gears 1, then Halo 3, then Gears 2, but no, it's going up against Halo 3: Keep it Clean

...is really a false statment. Why people tend to say this is because well, to put it short, it's the sony games. In other words, we're giving just as much attention and have just as much info on some 2009 titles as we have on games that are coming in a few months.

You know, you shouldn't be comparing Killzone 2 to gears even. That's dumb really. Obviously we're going to see graphical progression.

And then what about Halo: Keep it Clean. Don't you think that Bungie, especially after the whole view of Halo 3's graphics suck (despite the fact that they really don't) they're going to go beserk on you fanboys? Yea, they'll pump it up. Bungie is known for great graphics. Halo 3 showed it imo. Why did people say it looked like crap? Well... uhh... that's the forums for you, not the gamers.

Same even with the whole GT thing. Yea, it looked better than Forza 2, but Forza 3 and PGR5 will probably have released by the time the next GT comes out. So why were we comparing Forza 2 to GT when they're not going up against each other?
