Sorry. But I'm afraid you sorta misunderstood my idea from the beginning. The plan was not to have the five lowest ranked drivers to become team leaders, but to have half of the X amount (in our case 10) of players to be selected at random to become effective team leaders. Regardles of world ranking.

Those selected to have become leaders would then be put into another prize draw. Only this time it'd be what team they'd be given. That player then has to create the team he's been assigned to.

The only freedom of choice the team leaders would have is their choice of teammate. They could choose whoever they want to be on their team.

I'm sorry that I never pointed it out that you didn't fully understand my master plan for our BATracer season. I just thought that your 'minor alteration' wouldn't have triggered any problems.

Something tells me that at least half the field has no current world ranking in BATracer.
