Correct. Like fantasy football BATracer's a web browser game. Except it's motor racing. Not football of course.

Yeah, BAR (British American Tabbaco Racing I think) were quite good in the early 2000's but they slipped back the last couple of years. It was worse in their first season when they could not seem to finish a race and they had 0 points, even Minardi out scored them (oh yes!) but their colour scheme for the cars was pretty cool, I think each driver had a different style (one had red and one was blue or they were vice versa).Garfield360UK
And this leaves me with one queation. Garfield360UK, are you interested in joining this game? There are still plenty of open seats left on offer.
Correction: I would hit that, but I've no idea how to send a mass PM :DKimisApprentice
Exactly. Neither do I.
I think the best thing to do now is to list the names of all those wanting join in. Then I'll send a messege containing the game's password and details to all the hopefuls.
And by the way as most of us Batracer veterans know we're gonna need at least 10 competitors to get the game underway. Although preferably we would like more than just 10 :D.
I will. Infact I already have created a game just to see how I can manipulate team upgrades to make things more competitive and ultimately fairer. So you could be in like a Minardi or a Jordan, but still have a good chance of winning.
If you are interested in taking part I'll give out the url, password and we'll be on our way.
BATracer
www.batracer.com
a motorsport "simulation" found online using real life car sets. Basically you are a "driver" where in practice and warm-up sessions you work on the set-up for your car then depending on your car and driver's abilities as well as your set-up then the server simulates your lap time on a particular course. Obviously you participate in a whole season and it's all very fun and competitve.

Thanks for explaining it to them. As for what's going to happen I would like to add a few things.
1. BATracer has recently given the option of editing team upgrades for private games. This can be used to either level out the playing field so it's more competitive or spread out the field, making it more realistic.
2. Three new F1 carsets have just been released. F1 1997, F1 1999 and F1 2005.
The thread contains pictures of Williams running a 2009 spec rear wing. Please make sure your stomach is empty before looking though as content may offend some people.
KimisApprentice
Williams supposed 2009 spec rear wing didn't make me empty my stomach. Nope. It made me lawl!
Honestly, that pathetic excuse for a rear wing makes their old 'Wallrus Nose' from the 2004 season look more appealing.
Any of us could design a better looking car than that!
Season 3 has Ended.

Boys!! Someone get me a chainsaw and a rusty old axe. I've got some business to do!!!!
Anyone order carnage to the extreme?
WHAT THE HELL!?! ******* AMAZING END!
I'm in stitches right now, but if anything, we saw both sides of Kimi today. He was dominant once he took the lead, and the real Kimi was back at long last. And then the last 2 laps, sure, he wanted the win, but common sense says play it safe and go for 2nd. But no, he had to try and push when he had absolutely no grip. Thus, he visits wall. Massa wouldn't have pushed him to be honest, so it's all his own fault tbf. It's a real shame because it's now a 2-way race for the title. Kimster blew it for himself, and when he'd been the real Kimi for 99% of the race.
Also, this investigation - if it's about the tussle at the end of the lap, Lewis did let Kimi back - so you'd REALLY have to think there's not something right with the stewards if there is a punishment...
One guy you have to feel for is Webber - unfairly punted out by a silly move by Heikki, and then just missed out on the points by just over a second.
Still, it's going to take some time to recover from that end... oh good lord
Redders1989
Ditto mate. I think that was probably the most epic finishes to Grand Prix I've seen in all my life. Pure Madness! As for the incident between Lewis and Kimi near the end, if the stewards even think about changing the result of the race over a silly incident like that I'm going to tear them limb from limb and make sure they never ruin a great race ever again!!!
