Just tell let you all know I have just recently created our game. Team leaders can now join the game and go setup up their assigned teams by clicking the following url. DO NOT join or create a team you have not been assigned to or else the game WILL be cancelled.

http://batracer.com/-cj?&D&40369

The password is: 'jawohl' (meaning yes sir in German)

Note to all Second Drivers:

Only join if a team leader has chosen you to be their teammate. Joining a team you haven't chosen to drive for, or creating a new team when you're not a team leader will also result in the game being cancelled.

btw should i close the private game? cuz we can start another;)

Rusje

I wouldn't hesitate in doing so if I were you.

Yuxwillan, you're a team leader. Team leaders don't need to post their stats. You choose who you want to be your teammate.

Now it's time for teammate selection (I'm looking forward to this). One thing I'd suggest to make the whole selection process the tiny bit less stressful is to post your racing CVs and world ranking sheets. You can find your CVs in your player profile. Hover your cursor over the 'Game' tab and click 'Player Profiles'. Your world ranking sheet can be found in the WR tab. Simply click 'My World Ranking'.

I have my CV and ranking sheet right here.

Rusje. You will be assigned to.... *reshuffles* .... Force India.

(Since nobody's bothering to reply I might as well post the rest of the names here)

Yuxwallin. The team I've given you is.... *and again with the shuffling* .... BMW.

The_Gabman. You'll be driving for.... *shake shake shake* .... Toyota.

And finally, Mgmeek. You'll have the privilege of leading.... *isn't obvious what I'm doing with the hat?* .... Brawn GP.

Official Confirmation of Leaders and Teams

Racky_rules - Renault

Rusje - Force India

yuxwillan - BMW

The_Gabman - Toyota

Mgmeek - Brawn GP

yeah sorry doug i'm a team leader already too.... we still need five more players?, where the rest suddenly?:(

Rusje

No idea where they've gone. But anyway. Without further to do I shall now declare the F1PU Raffle Tick-..... I mean, BATracer Team selection prize draw, officialy underway!!

It's very simeple really. I just write down your gamespot usernames on an A5 sheet of paper, cut them out into smaller pieces, fold 'em, plonk 'em into one of my many F1 caps, shuffle the names, yoink one of the names out of the cap without looking and there you have it. A Team Leader is born!

It's pretty much the same procedure for team selection. Team names in the hat, shuffle etc etc. Although the only difference is I call out one of the team leader's names first, then pick out the team their given.

Ok so can your idea still work then if the last team leader plus the other 4 current team leaders can pick their team mate, although some one else will have to do the draw as i am already a team leaderRacky_rules

The answer is No. And here's my explanation.

Already four players have just waltzed in and picked, what can only be considered, the best cars straight away. That ruins the whole fun of the idea. I suggest that we scrap the current game and start all over again.

If it's okay with everyone else I will create and manage the game. That way if one team has an ungodly advantage over the rest I can close up the field and make the competition more competitive. I can also be the one who does the prize draws for team leaders and the teams they go to.
