Microsoft is falling into the same trap as Sony with the PS3.

Xbox One is designed as a console/multimedia systeam (same as PS3)

In addition, it is more expensive (Thats Huge!) than its antagonist.

Also Xbox One is debutting in 13 countries (http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2013/09/xbox-one-launches-in-13-countries-on-november-22/)

while PS$ is debutting in 32 countries (http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2013/08/playstation-4-will-launch-in-north-america-on-november-15/

Main reason is that Microsoft hasnt finalized the cable deals in the other countries
