@DiamondDM13 @R2C25 @silvergol No. IQ and math are not interconnected and IQ is a meaningless, archaic measurement that has no actual basis in modern psychology or brain study.
@DiamondDM13 @silvergol I've paid for XBL for years and years and I don't even notice when it charges. In fact yesterday I wondered if I even still had XBL but I assume I do. If you bitch about paying 60 dollars a year, you have bigger problems.
@obsequies @Phazevariance Your logic is nonexistent. Regardless of what system you play a multiplat on, it's still a multiplat. 99% of all games are multiplats. If you buy a 360 and a PS3 just to play their exclusives you are looking at 25 games total. That's moronic.
Technically PS3 outsold the 360, overall, last year. They finally surpassed Xbox sales in December 2012. And supposedly Wii outsold them both. Supposedly.
@digi-demon Wrong. Entirely wrong. When PS3 came out it was a long time before any real PS3 games came out. PS2 games continued to be developed and still continue to be developed to this day. Xbox was the same way, none of the 360 games that came out were good and you could still play xbox games (with some problems) on 360, same as PS2. Those systems were dead anyway, the Xbox was clearly more useful to put Linux and emulators on, and the PS2 looked like crap and showed it at the time. It wasn't an uncalled for generation change.
@digi-demon I wouldn't, I bought my ps3 ONLY for the exclusives (well and the bluray) and so far I'm not terribly impressed. Uncharted was good and looked great, yea. MGS4 I've played before, haven't started Heavy Rain. Last of Us is where it's at for me, but I consider this system to have been massively overhyped, which I knew was true years ago. (I realize this makes no sense but this is Grenadeh, not sure which of my gamespot usernames is which)
@csward @bigbadonion A system that requires 4 different controllers is shit. That's 240 dollars in controllers, assuming they are all priced the same as a DS3 or J Type 360 which are both 60 dollars.
@digi-demon Uh we would know because despite our lack of faith and interest we have still played them and we've seen what they released. The GC was more powerful than the PS2 and despite that, they only ever released garbage on it. The most powerful games on the system were probably RE4, REmake, RE0, and twilight princess if that.
