Says a delusional moron, trying to make excuses for why his own company and most other companies have absolutely failed to make any games worth playing on the current generation of consoles. Sorry brohan Merceron but Wii and PS3 and 360 combined -there are maybe 25 games at the absolute most that are outstanding. SO no, longer console lifespans only give you more time to get off your ass and make full use of the console, and make good games.

@ginyuman TW can't work on a console without a mouse and keyboard, it's just not feasible. The hardware wouldn't handle it either, but yes.

@GreySeven I would really love for the game to introduce a level of city building like Civ Rome or similar games, in addition to whats already there.

I hope the roman troops speak latin like they did in Rome Total Realism. Shogun 2 was good about keeping with japanese so we'll see.

When did the graphics suddenly become bad? I recall all the AC games looking pretty but the soldiers in this video and the environment around them look like shit close up. Meh.

@pos3 There also isn't really anything new in the 4 games since Rome - especially things that would be appropriate for Rome 2. The only changes to make would be implementation of the better AI and pathfinding and unit moral systems, and better control over your generals development like you have in Rise.

@pos3 It's not really irrelevant. The fact that you had to destroy the other three Rome factions pretty much wasted a lot of your early turns in the game. Unless of course you preferred to sit there with a third of the territories you would have in Rome Total Realism and thus a third of the resources.
