sony doesn't own insomniac but they own the rights for resistance and ratchet and clank Exactly. They own the IP's. That is why Rare can't put a Donkey Kong game on 360. Nintendo owns that IP. However I believe Rare owns the IP for Banjo Kazooie. It's uncommon for the developer to own the IP, it's usually owned by the Publisher.

I did and checked everything. It didn't ask me to install when I loaded up the game like Virtua Fighter did.
Do any one of you Oblivion 360 owners out there know if the game has an option to install?
It should do it automatically. You wouldn't notice it when it does anyway. Edit: I guess someone beat me to it. It's the same exact way on the 360 though. Not sure about the PC version.
Yes i did type that correct. My plan is to trade in my 360 towards a PS3 knocking £180 off it (GAME STORE UK)
Then when they release the new xbox 360 buy that so i can have a beautiful black console with HDMI.
My thinking is i have only one game at moment DOA4 and i really want the new black 360, now is the time to trade my 360 before they drop trade in prices for the old model.
So in the end il hav a black PS3,a black 360 to go with my black HDTV and black PC. :)

i got oblivion yesturday and i think it will hold be over until heavily sword, lair, warhawk, assasincreed ect. i mean i played 4 hours yesturday and didn't even get out of the first town.GARRYTH
That game will own your soul. I wanna finish it but I have others things I need to do. Everyone should at least try that game.

You should have put other. I wanna see some four player beat-em-up type games. I hear TMNT Arcade is coming but they shouldn't stop there. I wanna see X-Men on XBLA. Maybe some board games or Wheel of Fortune. They definitely need more fighting games if they wanna stay true to the Arcade name.
I was bored so I decided to do a little excercise and compare software release for the Big Two from launch for the same time window. Using GS's game lists I totaled up software releases for the first 4 months of both. I removed Arcade and PSN games, this is strictly retail hard copy games. Guess what. They both totaled at 21 games each. If you venture out to the end of March, assuming the balance of the intended releases hit for the PS3, guess what the count will be then. It's 31 each. Coincidence? Or is Sony pacing? Lists available upon request. emitsu97
If Sony keeps that pace then they will never catch up. The 360 had the luxury of being 1st and setting the pace. So now it's either get with it or get lost. Look at award nominations. Even the Wii has games nominated and the PS3 has none. Yet the Ps3 came out 1st. They need to step it up.
