Also, the PSP version will get pirated to hell and back, so the "digital download" isn't exclusive to the 360  Sorry.Anjunaddict
I don't recall mentioning the PSP version anywhere...

cons, you have to go pick up the game at a store? Are we really going to say this is a con lol? Out of everything you listed the only relevent part is the exclusive fighters. I don't understand how a digital download version of the game is $60 cheaper than the PS3 version.....because the PS3 version costs $60 at retailers. So basically you are saying this digital download is actually free, which has to be incorrect.darthogre
I never said it was $60 dollars cheaper. I said it was approximately $60.00 cheaper.

2 things wrong.
- It does NOT cost 50 dollars a year t use the Gamespy peer to peer network. It costs 50 dollars a year to subscribe to Xbox Live which entitles you to online play for all games. Please don't spin it
- Secondly, there are adapters for the 360 as well that allow you to play with the dualshock.
Anjunaddict
1) I don't see the difference.
2) Since the Dualshock 3 connects Bluetooth to connect, it is not possible for it to be used on the Xbox 360.
Well if you choose to not see the difference, then thats your own problem. And yes, you can use the PS3 controller with the Xbox. You just need to plug it in through USB rather than bluetooth, so you better edit that in your post.Link for USB adapter that will let you use the DS3 controller on the Xbox 360? Because plugging the DS3 straight into the Xbox 360 won't work.

PS3 version pros
- Free online play
- 3 Exclusive fighters (Pulver, Gracie, Severn)
- TrueHD presentation of classic fight footage in 1080p
- Dual Shock 3 controller is popular design for fighting games
- Can use Xbox 360 controller with an adapter if you prefer
PS3 version cons
- Game costs $59.99
- You have to go pick up the game at a store
- Game is "Powered By Gamespy" Peer to Peer network for online play
- Game comes out on the same day as Modnation Racers
Xbox 360 version pros
- Has an Exclusive Digital download version of game which is approximately 60 dollars cheaper than the PS3 version
- No adapter required to use Xbox 360 controller
Xbox 360 version cons
- Costs 50 dollars a year to use the "Powered by Gamespy" peer to peer network for online play
- Classic fight footage is presented with DVD standards, 480p
- Less fighters than PS3 version
- Unable to use Dualshock 3 controller

Forgot an important advantage for Xbox 360 version. Exclusive Digital download version comes out 2 weeks before the retail store version

E3 is not for gamers. It is for investors and retailers.
Than why the hell do YOU watch it?
I'm not a gamer.

[QUOTE="The_Game21x"] What case did they need to make to retailers to keep their products on the shelves? It's not like MS is having a hard time moving Xbox 360 consoles and games.BURSTIIIFIRE
Uh, E3 is a trade show. The whole point of it is to convince retailers to make shelf space for their products for the upcoming holiday season

[QUOTE="GordonRamsay23"][QUOTE="SilentlyMad"]Same here. I saw a few polls after last years E3 and almost always it had Microsoft as the best performance.The_Game21x
Who did they poll? I'm pretty sure business people and people within the industry will disagree since Microsoft didn't show a single sales statistic last year and didn't really make much of a case as to why retailers should carry Microsoft products on their shelves.

[QUOTE="ohthemanatee"][QUOTE="RedruM_I"]I still can't believe people think that MS won the last E3 with all that Natal smoke and mirrors crap and a bunch of multiplats passed as exclusives.SilentlyMadalmost every media source and poll I saw at the time pretty much said that Microsoft wonSame here.
