i could see people buying it & then not realizing what they bought & complaining to M$ cause they dont have the connection & didnt read the specs or what was expected to play the machine...
im pretty sure that their will be loads fluff wording that they will use to replace the words that they dont want their customers getting mad over...
words that they would replace would be DRM or always online, in order to think they have hidden the negative words that they dont want customers getting angry over...
my guess is that they will try to change these words & make up some new fancy vocabulary, BS to replace it so that they feel that they have tricked their customer fanbase...
either that or they will take away always online at launch & add it later when they make a new Updated User Agreement, where the only way you can play is if you already say yes to it...
this way, people who already own the system feel obligated to say yes to this agreement in order to keep their system & keep playing...
yes, the last one idea is a bit far fetched but its been done before in the past with other consoles where they took away certain features or added ones that people didnt like...
always online & paid subscription fee to be online...
i find this whole paid subscription to play online ridiculous...
no PC requires you to buy a PC & then pay to use the internet to play a multiplayer game...
what is that?
i still dont get consumers that are ok with this kind of treatment..
you paid for the game & cant unlock it unless you pay your console manufacturer money in order to use those game features...
even though you already pay for the internet in your home, you have to pay another fee to use the internet for an electronic device...
im waiting for the day that Tablets, Mobile Phones, or PCs, tell you that you cant use your Wifi to play what you already paid for..
it reminds me of Capcom DLC that is on the disc but they require you to pay a fee to unlock it, even though you already paid for it...
i hope PS4 does not go down this road..
for subscription to play online & still keep online features free & give the option to pay for Playstation Plus...
my guess is that this is why Sony showed their console first, cause there was an article that mentioned that they were confident enough to show it first due to knowing a little bit about the 720...
