What does this mean?

No more always online requirement
The console no longer has to check in every 24 hours
All game discs will work on Xbox One as they do on Xbox 360
Authentication is no longer necessary
An Internet connection is only required when initially setting up the console
All downloaded games will function the same when online or offline
No additional restrictions on trading games or loaning discs
Region locks have been dropped

now the only thing sony has on the xbox one is the price. the specs won't make that big of a difference.

no idea why people thought the console wouldn't sell. even the $599 US DOLLARS! ps3 sold.

@xhawk27 well they did create online gaming on consoles and then took it to another level.

don't know why people are saying this is a jab at MS. the xbox one will be doing something similar. up to 10 people on your list can share your games, up to two people can share one game at the same time.
