The thing is, the home-hub is Downstairs, and the PS3 upstairs with no spare TV's. The reason I tried Wireless is that the ethernet cable supplied in the box was the wrong size for my plug, and we don't seem to have a standard router. Thanks for trying anyway.
I was checking on the net, and it appears that all the GOTY edition has is the Shivering Isles Expansion Pack (and Knights of the Nine for non PS3 users). Apparently, it wont even have the DLCs like Wizards Tower, Vile Lair and Horse Armour.
Someone please tell me this isn't true, because whats the point of spending another £30 on a game that only has one Expansion (For PS3 users like me)?
Can anybody give me adefinite 100%yes or no, whether the GOTY version (especiallythe PS3 GOTY:P) will have everything?
I bought a PS3 almost as soon as it came out. Partly for the normal games,but also partly for the PS3 store, home and all the other online functions. I spent about 3 months just playing normally, but then I decided I wanted it online. I tried to set it up myself wirelessly (BT Home Hub), but it couldn't find the IP Adress. It annoyed me, cuz I had no problem setting up the Wii to it. Does anybody have any idea why, my PS3 cant find the wireless IP adress?
Oblvion definitely. The thing that made Resistance the 2nd was that it was a good game, but once you've done it once or twice, you don't really wanna do it again. The different/new weapons on the second play through help, but don't keep me at it.
Omg, thanks. Ouch, that stings. I'm gonna have to spend another 50 quid on a new version if I really want it and loose all my characters. Plus I'v got assassins creed to think about...
I thought when I bought the Elder Scrolls Oblivion on PS3 that you could download extras (Vile Lair, Wizards Tower, Mehrunes Razor, etc.) However, not having PS3 online and ready yet:x, I'm still not sure. I was told you cant. Then on google videos, I saw a guy mention something about PS3 in the Vile Lair. Then, I see something about some guy saying it won't. lol, I am so confused. Some guys said something about it on another union, but I am dumb, and I didn't understand one word.
Can anyone just give me a yes or no. Can you download things like the Wizards tower onto the PS3 Elder Scrolls IV:Oblivion?
ok well i never played the ps3 version as the pc version has mods.... but i doubt the main quest has changed at all so if you do that quest with bauras(spelling) where you go into the sewers(right after you aquire book three from the vendor in IC) the quest to get book 4 there should be 2 or 3 copys of book 3 around that area... at least when i finished that quest i had 4 copys of that book....leel
Ye, once u'v got through the meeting go into the room that the mythic Dawn came out of. Or if u cant do that, just skip ahead a few parts of the quest. Go to Imperial City temple district (fast travel). Look to the right of where the fast travel puts you. you should see graves and little buildings. Go forward to just below the steps onto the raised platform and look right. You should see a shaped little building with outlines on the flat sides. Look at the opposite side of the side that faces the Palace, at 12 (midday). It shoud go red. Activate, and you get a map marker. This skips u ahead.
