my favorite game would probably be the socom series or ghost recon series. Not many people like ghostrecon but i do.

I dont think people have given up on it. Instead I think its just been forgotten for a while. No new news has come out concerning it for a while. Its like that new Star Wars game. Not my taste, but have you heard anything about it for a while? I look forward to Lair, and I think most people who hear about it do.

BTW, when does Lair come out?

I agree then. Assassins Creed looks set to become a Classic, wheras, if you reall want R&C, wait 6 months and the price should drop.

Well, there are already some out that would make you want a PS3.

Assassins Creed comes out soon.

The game of the year edition of the Elder Scrolls Oblivion comes out on the 11 Sep.

The new Killzone comes out ages away (08 last I heard).

(Dunno if this is your thing but...) Star Wars the Force Unleashed is supposed to come out before Christmas.

Lair comes out in a while.

You cant really list all the games coming out. Plus we don't know what you like, or if you want a PS3 soon, or if you don't mind waiting half a year for more games to come out. The Elder Srolls Oblivion is an excellent game if you like RPG's. Killzone (miles away) looks set to be a legendary FPS. Assassins Creed is a sneaky/combat game if you like things like Prince of Persia. Lair is your fire-breathing Dragon riding combat game and Star Wars is your graphically good, force using, saber stabbing choice of Light or Dark.

These are five very different games.

It depends on your taste.

For me, it would always be Assassins Creed.

I used to use magic at first, but then I learned always to carry around about 50 lockpicks wherever I went, so I got over this. You cant rely on magic the whole time, as those spindly doors that have bars are very difficult (almost impossible) to hit with your 'Open _______ Lock' spell. Plus, you cant use it underwater. Later on in the Dark Brotherhood, you have to to get your Dead Drop Orders from an underwater room. The door into it is locked and underwater.
