I wish this were the case, but it's only a month and a half old. I doubt it's gotten that dirty in such a small amount of time.

My PS3 has always been set up vertically. I talked to customer service today and they'll be replacing it with a refurbished unit. Unfortunately, it'll be a month before I'm gaming again since they have to mail me out a shipping box (2-3 business days), I have to ship it back (another 2-3 business days), then another 10 or so business days before I get the replacement. This sucks.

Wow, they delivered my replacement the day after I emailed them saying it was fualty.

Ye. You cant compare it to the PS2 yet, as we haven't even really had a proper year yet (UK anyway). I would say in 2 or 3 years time, it'll be booming and maybe even surpass the PS2. Time will tell. The game producers have to carry ondoing their bit, and bring out loads of decent games, and it should be plain sailing from then.

The game is pretty intense, but scary? I'd have to say a 1 or 2 at best, and that's only because lots of things jump out at you.nyc05

I'd probably say the same.Even when things jumped out at you, you jumped (maybe if you weren't used to that in the game yet), but you didn't scream and have nightmares for weeks, lol.

Same. Some decent games coming out soon, or already out are:

1. Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (RPG) (I would wait for GOTY Edition coming out sometime this month)

2. Resistance: Fall of Man (FPS)

3. Motorstorm (Brutal Racing)

4. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (3rd Person Shooter)

5. The Darkness (Compelling FPS with good storyline, graphics and gameplay, but not very informative when its telling you where to go next and objetives)

6. Assassins Creed comes out soon
