Hey, can anyone explain to me why games are moving in SLOW-mo on my laptop? I downloaded System care, Disk defrag, & Registry cleaner to clean anything that maybe slowing down my laptop, but to no effect. So i tried to lower all my ATI radeon specs (Mipmap & and so on) to Performance rather than Quality, but still to no effect. I assumed it was because of the Resident evil 5 game, so I switched to Street fighter 4 (Clearly a lower quality game then RE5), but still its in SLOW-mo. My specs are: Intel Dual core T4500 2.30ghz, ATI Radeon HD5470 1GB DDR3, 2GB DDR2 memory. As you can see my Laptop specs supposedly reaches the Minimum requirements of both games. Do I have to upgrade my 2GB memory? Would that even help? Any suggestion would be helpful. As always thanx in advance.

can anyone tell me the difference between Dual core & Core 2 duo? I mean can core 2 duo games (minimum requirement) like Prototype & Splinter cell Conviction work on Dual core laptops? My laptop is an MSI EX465, it has a Dual core T4500 2.30GHZ, ATI Radeon HD 5470 1GB DDR3 VRAM, 2GB DDR2 memory. What exactly chooses which games would work on a laptop anyway, is it the processor or the graphics card? Because if its just the graphics card then I know Prototype & Splinter cell would work on my laptop. But what about my processor, is Dual core enough? Thanx in advance to anyone who replies.
