Yea agreed would be great to see some more RTS games coming up on consoles and for PS3, well there is one coming to PS3 indeed that uses move Under Siege, its looking good too.

EDIT: Also I think this game will score from 7.5-8 range.

11) HUD-less health meter (Gears, but FPS do it now)

12) Instant kill Melee (CoD)

13) Fully Destructable environments (Bad Company)

and probably many others. These may not be "new" ideas, but they sure have been different approtches to them.
