[QUOTE="Lionheart08"][QUOTE="Floppy_Jim"][QUOTE="Lionheart08"][QUOTE="Floppy_Jim"] You should all be aware that the TC pretended to own a PS3 just so he could bash it, it's even in Lionheart08's sig. He doesn't deserve to be listened to, especially as this topic has been done to death.
Floppy_Jim
Fixed it for you. :P
(On topic) Also, when have people denied the PS3 is hard to develop for? I don't recall this being a common thing.
Heh, thanks. :P
But jeez, what's with all the fakeboys these days? First Reverse, then PS_John and now this guy.
Speaking of which, did he ever give his PSN ID?
(Back on Topic): People claim devs are being lazy when they choose to make multiplats a 360 port instead of building it from the ground up for the PS3. While it is cutting out hard work, in a way, it's kinda lazy too.
Nope, I just saw him in another thread and he STILL won't tell anyone what it is. What the hell is he so scared of?
As for the topic- if you look at last years multiplats, they were all notably inferior to the 360 counterparts. But as for 2008, all the big name multiplats are equal or even slightly superior on PS3. It's becoming less of a problem as time goes on. No-one is denying the PS3 is hard to work with, it's just that some devs (Naughty Dog, Infinity Ward) are simply better than others.
No, it's just that those developers have mega budgets, lots of employees, and lots of time to make the games good for the PS3. Think the PS3 will be getting a creative and unique, non-big budget, non-Sony developed small studio exclusive that actually plays decently anytime soon? The Wii and 360 have a far greater chance to get one than the PS3, and this is completely Sony's fault. Sony made a horrible, horrible mistake with the PS3, and it's blatantly obvious that Sony never intended for the PS3 to be primarily a gaming machine. in fact, they admitted this themselves.
