Can't really believe how ridiculous the complaints for the beta are. Isn't the beta a few months old? I heard a while ago that the betas that devs show the players are "old betas" and most of the glitches in these old betas have mostly been fixed up. I think the point of this beta is (a) Show off some of the basic new features, (b) get alerted to glitches that weren't recognized before, and (c) get people hyped. I, for one, am EXTREMELY hyped. Love the direction BF3 is headed, and this is just player versus player, can't wait 'till they show off all the vehicles and fully unveil the destruction. That's when the real fun will get started.

Dominated a match in AC Brotherhood, then some idiot writes to me different insults in Spanish and English. Most of which involved my mother, XD. I replied, complimenting his sophisticated nature. I still await his reply, ^_^.

Although I really dislike Nintendo (Sony fanboy, sorry!), my vote goes to them. They've done so much for gaming over the years and although their new consoles/handhelds I hate, everything pre-Wii IMO was great.

EA said the same thing about MoH which was also an attempt to overthrow CoD. I just hope BF3 doesn't go the same way.

Haha what? I didn't hear that, I could tell when I played the beta it wasn't gonna make a huge impact.

Not IMO. i've only played 1943, BC1 and BC2...BC 1 was ok felt more arcadey than tactical and squad based. 1943 was similar.

BC2 was a much better experience. felt more team oriented, more tactical...

IDk about the series being overrated but for me the games have evolved and gotten better.

BF3 won't be perfect but hopefully will better than BC2 and continue to push the franchise along

Sales occur sometimes, I myself haven't seen them, but I have seen DLC's for older games have price drops (i.e, Bad Company 2 Shortcut Pack was $20 a year ago, now it's $10).
