1. Incorrect. The only form of stealth available to both MC and the Elites is a form of active camoflauge that most certainly creates a blur in the local atmosphere. You haven't played multiplayer, have you?

2. Check your post on page 21. You said that the Elites have thrived on stealth technology since the inception of human civilization. I'm pretty certain that means they thrived on it, since they were pretty much unmatched by everything except the Brutes and the Spartans.

3. It doesn't speak much of the Forerunners if Spartans, technologically inferior soldiers in comparison to the "almighty" Forerunners, can detect cloaked Elites. In either case, I can usually detect cloaked Elites fairly easily on multiplayer. It isn't that difficult, since as I said the technology causes a blur in one's field of vision.

And for my own piece: you may want to replay the game since you seem to have some holes in your knowledge of the technology used.

Snake thrives on Stealth. Elites don't. There you have it. You should have stuck with my interpretation of your post, otherwise you just help prove my point that Snake is better in terms of stealth. Sure they have been using stealth longer, but they certainly don't show for it. Again, if it was that important to them, they'd be using it a lot more, rather than bashing in doors and shooting at you right in front of your face. Snake would shoot Master Chief while he tried to blitz him, evade and lose him, and then do so again until MC is dead. :o

Shanooo. Perhaps the technology is different, but it's the same effect. Elite's camouflage is no better than Snake's. If Elite's thrive on stealth, you would be seeing them using it a lot more, rather than running through doors guns-a-blazin. Snake would sneak around Chief undetected and pick him off.

Snake doesnt have any special stealth tactics..he can basically hide behind something or under something and thats it

I'm not making things up. Anyone that has ever played Halo would agree with me. Why would Chief need to dodge a rocket in the comics anyways? Isn't he fighting aliens? Who use alien weapons? The Elite don't have more advanced Stealth skills. They are trained to kill through numerous means. Snakes primary skill is stealth, therefor he obviously trumps Elites in terms of stealth. They both use similiar camouflage technology anyways. Again, I'm not trolling. Snake would use his evasion and stealth tactics to avoid Chief and pick him off slowly. Snake wins. :)
