@theshonen8899 With the way things are people seem perfectly happy with the games that come out. And frankly there is still room for improvement for these current gen of games. Yes, I get the fact that if a next gen system is released the old ones don't die, but It would be nice to see some of the late adopters get in the game and experience some of the great games these systems have to offer. If uncharted 3 is the pinnacle of graphical achievement than I can live with that for 3 more years, so long as the story, and gameplay are all in sync.
Sounds to me like Sony doesn't have anything yet. They still haven't dropped the price of the PS3 and they probably aren't even making up some of the development cost on the system yet. Rolling out a new System so soon would be a waste of time if it couldn't do everything the PS3 can plus50 times better. And like it or not this is a graphics driven industry, (for console gaming anyway) and if they can't exceed what we can already do than why bother showing anything at all. I saw Final Fantasy tech demo and I wasn't blown away. I also saw Watch dogs and wasn't totally blown away...k maybe a little. My point is I think they really need to slow the "F" down and really roll out a Next Gen product that really can take us into the 2020's. Do we really want a single touch screen/controller thingy that has $hittier graphics than my Playstation 2? Is that supposed represent gaming in the 2020's, If so than I am done with videogames? (Sorry Nintendo) A 2020 product shouldn't be more of the same; its supposed to represent the advancement of this industry after 40 years...Don't hate I am a Sony fanboy, just pointing out the obvious. That being said it sure looks like Microsoft is in position to take the gaming, and tablet world by storm with the unvailing of the "Surface." If they are in someway able to bring the xbox live marketplace to that tablet and allow gaming features beyond that of home console entertainment, than Sony might as well give up. (Oh wait they are.) Sony needs to sign their soal away to Apple and collaborate on the best products this planet has ever seen. Rant over let the thumbs downs begin.
If you take your time with this game and use the auction house wisely this game can be fun as hell. Def playing it longer than I have played any other game.
@seanmcloughlin This is going to be a launch title for the new systems. This shows how far behind the 360 and the PS3 really are. If you notice there isn't a single person that is doubled in the club and in the streets. If this were on PS3 or 360 it would have atleast 5 people copied.
This game is what I have dreamed a videogame could be. Fully realized indoor and out, Amazing graphics with astounding physics, Deep intense game play, open world. You name it this game has got it. And a multi-player that isn't kill or be killed.
