no, we are claiming ownage over the fact that an unbiased game-trade advertisement clearly claims the DS to be the the future, and the PSP to be the PAST

we all know the PSP is expensive as hell

yes, i LOVE how cows tend to forget this

the PSP was hyped up to be the END of nintendo dominance in handheld gaming by almost EVERY analyst out there (and of course by every cow out there too). it was supposed to BURY the DS due to its superior hardware.

now with those expectations, the PSP now looks like one of the biggest flops in gaming history

but of course now cows want to switch the story up. now its "its not a flop, its the only handheld to survive against a nintendo handheld!"

well that wasn't what the expectations were for the PSP. it wasn't supposed to merely "survive", it was supposed to dominate. too bad, the PSP gives the DS absolutely no competition whatsoever anymore.

too expensive for a handheld

not enough exclusive original games

for most of the games that are exclusive to the PSP, those games are very similar to games arlready available on the PS2. and in most cases, those games are MUCH better on the PS2 anyways.

while the DS has exclusives that are made from the ground up for the touch-screen, and are best played on the DS (advance wars, wario ware, elite beat agents, hotel dusk, brain age, nintendogs) . while at the same time, DS provides new exclusives that no other current gen console gives you (for example, a new 2D mario sidescrollers, online mario kart, 2D castlevania, 2D sonic - you don't see those on the GC/PS2/Xbox).

and thats why most customers choose the DS over the PSP

Lol, DOA4 looked good... but if you've seen the trailer, Tekken 6 is looking better so far... and it's not even finished yet.

i've seen the trailer, and i disagree with you

but you're right in that its not finished yet....hopefully they can improve the graphics - considering the supposed power advantage the PS3 has over the 360, tekken 6 should at least look better than DOA4

Will it mean much? Since it's a PS2 game the console which has already burned and buried it's competitors any ownage will be non existant because it's not a next gen game. I just played the demo(it's out) and i think Gow2 is more "next gen" than any of the games being releasd on 360 like Crackdown and Bullet witch. But having said that this game is being hyped and i know GS are harsh towards sequels, even though i think this is probably the single most greatest sequel ever created. If it does flop will the cows be owned? I don't really see it as ownage at all, if it was a PS3 game then hell yeah. PS2 is an obselute console ATM, it's competing with nothing really if you think about it. It's selling way

i think there is a 0% chance that god of war will flop

but if it does - it will go down as one of the biggest flops in system wars history - next to LOZ TP
